Beautiful hotel in a great location!

Pillows were horrible, very loud poor insulation in the rooms you hear everything and ridiculous they don’t provide free WiFi

A great stay! The hotel clean and quiet with neat activities- eg the beekeeper making cocktails, the adjoining restaurant superb! Loved the pool!

Beautiful hotel! Absolute southern hospitality - All of the staff were so wonderful. Property was walkable to all of the Charleston sites.

Everything was great! One day it rained heavily and the lobby was leaking but otherwise all good!

It was super hot in Charleston while we were there. The hotel kept rooms stocked with water and also had ice cold water any time we entered the hotel.

We always stay here when we come to town! It’s the best!

My sister and I have an annual sisters trip and I must say this was the best so far. Charleston did not disappoint and booking through orbitz has always been a positive experience for me.

In general the stay was great!!!! One of the front seat people was ok at best!!!

Front desk staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond. Outside windows were very dirty and bathroom had some mold issues.

This property was fantastic. Met our needs and the food is great.

Our room was nice, the property was clean ... but there doesn't seem to be a set time when they clean rooms, so being there for a week our room was cleaned twice. Also, and this isn't under the hotel's control, but people were very comfortable with conversing very loudly out in the hall late at night, so weekends could be rough if you want a quiet stay. Otherwise, great experience and Lenoir (the restaurant) was fantastic.

The Lindy staff were friendly and the only word we heard was YES!! We were unknowingly given a hybrid vehicle and were required to re-charge it. The staff again took care of the situation. I would highly recommend staying at the Lindy Renaissance Charleston. The location is close to everything!!

Safe haven near historic Charleston

We had a wonderful time. The staff, especially Tiffany was so wonderful. They always greeted you with a smile and helped in every way.

Stayed three nights. Staff was very friendly. Loved proximity to downtown and all the amenities around. Pool is small but filled it’s need for the kid. Almost no water pressure in shower but that’s minor.

The staff is amazing- so kind and helpful. The location is equally amazing- right in the historic district ( such a gorgeous part of the city). We had a wonderful time.

Parking pricey

Everything was great except for the woman who checked us in at the front desk, she has quite a bit of attitude. When asking her questions she was snippy. It started our trip off on a bad foot. It happened to four of us on separate occasions. We all had different rooms.

Good location, friendly staff

Upon check in I was delighted with the hotel. After entering my room, Everything was disappointing from there on and I am so upset I just spent that kind of money on this hotel. I am happy to submit the view from our hotel room which was awful, the shower didn’t work and it remained 75 degrees the entire time in the room. All of that was fine and I kept quiet however, upon check out, I kindly asked as a Bonvoy member if they would be as to kindly allow me a 1pm check out as our flight was delayed from the snow up north. I was given until 12 and told I just return my key to the desk as if I was not trusted. One hour for my time and money seemed like an easy ask but the women at the front desk could not afford me that opportunity. Really a bad name for a Marriott property and something I have never experienced. We went out to find another hotel as our flight was cancelled and decided to give our money to a different hotel with the kindness and appreciation. Ps parking is $46 a day- more than my rental car

Excellent hotel in the historic district of Charleston.

I had a good stay, thought it was a very unique hotel, and just off of meeting street. The Lenior restaurant was excellent! The negative was- my handicapped room was the farthest from the elevator.
