This is an older property and is beginning to show some wear. The landscaping is mostly weeds, carpets dingy, outdated furniture. The breakfast is the usual fare at a mid range hotel. Overall, it was fine. The staff at front desk are not particularly interested in you, too busy with more important things.

Our television did not work. We called the front desk to ask for help, and they hung up on us. So my daughter went to the front desk to ask for help. A nice man came, but was unable to fix our TV. We were looking forward to watching a show before bed. We also wanted to watch the news in the morning.

Check in was easy and fast. The room was very nice and clean. It was just what I needed.

The property is an older building and in need of a new face lift. Curtains, carpet, elevator was very slow. New electrical plugs and fixtures are needed too. AC was rather loud and
old. The location is good in a quiet neighborhood. Flower beds and lawn needed attention. Just needs update and more TLC.

The receptionist that checked us in was terrible charges twice for the same room and wasn’t there always leaving for the airport staff poorly

The rooms are worn down. The bathroom facet was loose. The ac only ran on high. Bathroom must have had a leak and touch up was bad as well as the ceiling around smoke detector. Weird smell when you entered the room. This had a excellent rating but I give it a poor one

Where do I start….the place is FILTHY. Hasn’t been cleaned or maintained in a long, long time. The cleaning staff does the bare minimum and spends most of their time chasing their boyfriends and husbands and their children in the hall. So unprofessional. Everyone that works there, short of the manager looks like they are homeless. The indoor pool is disgusting. Grit and balls of human hair and flakes of I-don’t-want-to-know-what floating in the bottom. The air conditioner would work and then stop, work and then stop. Sheets were slick and greasy feeling. Ugh. This place does not stand up to the normal Comfort Inn standards.

Our room needed some maintenance. The shade was broken (the shade pull was laying on the windowsill), there was a lightbulb burned out in our bathroom, and the fridge was not cold at all. The fruit selection at breakfast was lame, just bananas and a couple of oranges. It’s summer for Pete’s sake. The eggs were weird. (And a tip jar, really??) The area was clean, the receptionist was pleasant. And the area seemed safe. Bed was comfortable, temperature was good, although the AC stopped abruptly at 2:30am.

I was given the room right next to the elevator, and when I asked to be moved, the desk clerk was grumpy about it even tough I had not even opened the door to my room. When I did get a room, the curtain had a 8" tear, the bath tub stopper was broken. I went down for breakfast the the food was so bad I didn't eat anything and went to a coffee shop instead.

We got to the hotel and the pool was closed, which wasn’t noted on the Expedia website. Then we got to our room and the air conditioning control unit was broken. It was probably 80 degrees in the room. It’s small and dingy. Fine if you are a hiker just going to sleep and shower.

Paint was peeling off the walls in bathroom. Place needs a maintenance person. Toilet handle fell off after one use. Pool was 45° and not circulating. Pump room door has no lock and was open, unattended and I popped my head in. Pool pump was off, pool and hot tub chemicals were completely off.
No information or noticed the pool was not in use and key car worked to get in. I had mentioned it to the front staff and was told over so sorry thank you for letting us know, again no closure of the pool continue to let guest use, which I do not think anyone else wanted to use at the time because was cold as ice and murky. My 7yr old son said “dad, let’s not come back” breakfast was good, grate service. Food was hot and fresh.

The property appeared to be clean but our room accomodations were not satisfactory. Our shower appeared to have a pool noodle for the ADA shower, which when the shower ran flooded the floor, there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that had been repaired but not painted. The air conditioner would not shut off despite knobs being turned to off so on a cold 20 degree night we were blasted with cold air.
The door to the pool had been broken and was patched with cardboard and clear tape and lastly the elevator control panel looked like it had been taped back onto the elevator.

We were promptly move to a different room on check in when the AC was not functioning in the first room. However, the controls on the AC Unit in the second unit were broken as well.
The staff skipped our room service after the 3rd night of our stay. No bath linins and beds weren't made. We left early and came in late that day so there was not good reason. Bed linins didn't matter becuase they had been changed the day before.

The property and room were fine - it was clean, and the property seemed reasonably well maintained. The front desk people seemed like they couldn't be bothered with any questions and were not friendly at all.
