The staff are all excellent and the hotel is spotless. The rooms are big and as shown in the pictures. Every member of staff works extremely hard to make you have a great holiday

Comfortable quiet room

We loved our stay at the Arena Suites. The food was good the rooms were clean and had great showers with good sized balconies. All dtaff very very griendly and helpful we will return and recommend. Good value for money. The location might not suit everyone as a bit of a walk to the center but taxi back was only around 5 euros.

Was an amazing stay, very fun Vanessa on the bar was lovely and Reimz on the entertainment was absolutely brilliant. As a whole they were extremely accommodating and helped out so much if there was a problem. My only fault is theres soars food options for vegetarians but say that theres always a salad bar and grilled vegetables. Also met a lot of lovely couples out there, and a small walk to centre but do able and right next to the dunes and close to the beach.

Good value for money

Had a brilliant week. Lovely rooms. Food never disappointed and location was perfect.

El hotel tiene de todo y está situado junto al Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo. El restaurante nos soprendió con las cenas temáticas, la habitación era muy espaciosa y además del restaurante y bares, el hottel cuenta con 2 piscinas -una de ellas climatizada-, amplio gimnasio, una gran variedad de programación de entretenimiento, etc.

It is a nice resort, a bit on the older side but most of it has been nicely refurbished. Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The staff was super nice and very professional. However, particularly when it comes to all-inclusive experiences, a very big part is played by food and animation. The last one was virtually absent, with some super short events only from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. And then the sore point: food and drinks. I won't go as far as saying that it was terrible, but it was mediocre at best. We ended up eating outside the hotel. Drinks were even worse, and not because of the bartenders, but because of the ingredients they had to use (cheap spirits, syroups instead of fresh ingredients, etc.). A big star goes to Carolina at the reception, she is a ROCKSTAR - definitely among the best ones I've ever interacted with. Great job!

Hotel was very clean and the shower water pressure was powerful. Queen bed was 2 twin beds which seems to always be the case in Europe. Bed was very comfortable and had a great night sleep every night throughout our stay Staff were all excellent and attentive. Reception staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful with any queries we had and booking activitiesAll inclusive food was hit and miss depending on the theme but everything was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was great everyday. Location is about 20 minute walk from the main high street

Really nice hotel , some things not as advertised on arrival ie no iron in room and rooms not soundproofed which was a bit disappointing as was not having any rooms with baths other than a couple overlooking pool at €10a night extra. Aside from that the hotel was in a quiet area about a 20 min walk/ 10 min ebike ride from town , staff very friendly and helpful , everywhere very clean and covid safe , food was good and lots of choice for each meal. Definitely worth a stay and would return

Small friendly clean hotel. Fantastic choice of food each night. Really clean throughout. Covid secure. Receptionists really friendly and helpful. Lovely walk into the town, will definitely return as a couple. Probably not much to do if we’d have come as a family though.

The rooms are roomy and clean. Food was excellent.

loved the friendliness and warmth of the staff...they continually laugh and smile and put you in a good mood. The room was very spacious and better than expected. Location was a short six mins stroll the the beach. The road walk to the town centre was only fifteen mins but i would reccommend the beach walk. fantastic value for money.

Hotel was clean and very big. Pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing place for amazing price. One thing I can fault though is one of the bar maids in the down stairs bar. She was rude and disrespectful. Don’t know her name but she has short hair which is blondish. She ruined our evening.

Was here for the 2nd time. The room was clean, renovated, nice furnished.But the food was very poor quality, kitchenware was dirty! So I had to use plastic glasses, which is not so good for environment.Also I asked for the silent room, but they provided me a room over the disco, so drunk people were loud till the midnight.

Average Hotel - food is ok plenty of options but far from Spanish quality. Frendly and helpful staff. Shops and bus station nearby - 10 minutes walk. Very confy beds and massive rooms

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, room was innovated . Good food in the restaurant.

The hotel was lovely, clean, very big and the buffet food was lovely. The constant flow of drinks were nice and strong which made our holiday a lovely one. The staff were always smiling and very helpful during our stay as well.
