Furniture was broken. Drains didn’t drain. The beds were painful and uncomfortable, and it reeked of marijuana.

Your TV’s are antics; remotes are so bad that watching TV is a nightmare. Your remotes are geared to keeping the guest watching commercials. Room cleaning took place very late. This means you are understaffed. Construction work was noisy. Coffee is terrible; breakfast food is subpar. The room was ok but lacked a spare blanket: very hard to control the shower temperature.

Other than the fact it was under some renovations it was ok. I wasn’t blown away by any means but the staff was nice and it served the purpose of housing our seven people for the night.

hi, please note that i had no view as the hotel had the windows covered due to repairs. would be nice that it was stated prior to booking. Secondly, housekeeping knocked at 10.59am on Sunday when i was literarily leaving to check out. The issue is the rudeness in which she was checking it. Could have been nice and asked if we were leaving, but no, the exact words were 'you do know that check out is at 11am'. i did tell her that yes we were on our way out with the begs in hand. Very very rude. too bad because the room itself was nice.

Last minute overnight stay due to flight cancellation. Not as far from airport at midnight as it looks! Staff were friendly.

Quick stay to break up a long car ride. Requested crib was in room on arrival which was really all we needed! Some gross red stains on one of the couches. Otherwise very clean and comfortable.

The staff esp. Karen is fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Everyone genuinely smiled and cared for me. The hotel was getting updated, the signs were up. My room smelled of cigarettes as if the rooms used to be smoking. The bathroom drains didn’t drain well and the wifi was beyond awful. The continental breakfast was cold and hard.
That being said it was still clean and the bed was super comfy. I was there on an emergency and never said anything about the smoke smell or drains so they did nothing wrong. It wasn’t a priority. My crisis was the priority and the staff was beyond helpful. They also gave me and my dog the privacy we needed. The rooms were accurately pictured.
I think the updates and please better wifi would make this place great. The staff is top notch.

Needed place to stay on long layover before trip to Paris. Stayed for 7 hours. The young kids took showers after we walked in the heat to a drug store! Very happy with location and reasonable pricing.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and nice. We loved the layout of the larger suite which was perfect for myself and my three teenagers/twenty-something children. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Having two bathrooms for all of us was a big plus! The only two downsides were parking which was limited (but there was some street parking) and the breakfast which was completely gone at least an hour to an hour and half before breakfast ended. They did have a pool but it was not open. Other than that everything else was good.

I had reserved a room back in March 2 months before our stay, so why would we be put in a ADA or Disability accessible room where the bedroom was only accessible thru the bathroom, then didn't have a privacy wall for the toilet and the bedroom being occupied by 3 people left egress and ingress very awkward. Not good for travel distance from parking and the front lobby. I Design commercial buildings for a living being an Architect and of couse I am going to critique this. Poorly designed or even a remodel. I've stayed in many Hiltons but this is probaby ranks a 3 from 1 to five, maybe even a two. I gave the staff a fair score, because the night person gave me batteries for the thermostat for our room. The breakfast was free but still the eggs really tasted like powder or something weird.

Rooms are great, neighbour is perfect. No problem about that. Kitchen appliances and cleaning materials were very dirty, i had to ask for a replacement and additional cleaning materials. We booked a room for 3, what they gave us for all as 2 people. Breakfast was very unpleasant. Everything ran out of stock and during our stay some of them did not solve yet. It's between 7-10 but you have to rush after 7 because you can't do breakfast after some point because of staff shortage. Just a lady takes care of whole hotel's breakfast including cleaning, replacements, stocks etc. Cleaning was very good. Corridors smelled weed most of the time, don't understand how that's possible in Hilton!

Smell bad, toilet was not working and staff was not friendly at all.
Breakfast was terrible, when I asked for cheese spread they told is all gone.
For the price of the room it was not good.
I will never reecomend this hotel to any of my friends

The property was good and it did the job. There are areas that could use some maintenance throughout the facility. Parking on a weekend was inadequate. I had to park on the street, a bit of a distance away from the parking lot.
