I liked the ambiance and the industrial look of the place. Few of the staff were really nice some are okay. They also gave us a room with the view as requested. Also the location is convenient if you are planning to explore the NYC.
The noice if those who walk by your room is really heard so it’s really hard to sleep. There was initially upon booking a TV included in the room but when we got there no TV was included in our room.
Prior to booking with the property there were no information that there will be a $200 deposit the room a little heads up would have been nice.
The phone for the guest services were not answered regularly. A simple request for extra bottled of water cannot be made because the phone was not answered frequently. You can’t even order room service.
Although that is not the deal breaker for this booking the parking affiliated with the Hotel the one behind it you get a 50% off being the guest of the hotel but it is not safe. We found our car windows open and the cars besides us when we checked out and went to our car. Good thing nothing was stolen.

Proximity to the train station, aesthetic of the hotel and lobby. The hotel being in the same building as my friend’s apartment was a plus
No fridge in room, surcharge for water bottles in room, window didn’t open, breakfast offered for $14 a person, no free parking or designated hotel parking (third party parking)

The male front desk clerk. The location.
The hotel is filty. There is no parking. You pay to park in the garage each time you leave. There are a lot of dogs there.

Great location. Directly across the street from transit. Best little coffee / pastry shop next to the pizza place.
Roof top deck did not have a bar and closes at 11pm..

Reception staff was very friendly.
You hear everything from the rooms. From others running in the hallways to doors slamming all night. Property also had a consistent weed smell.

I have seasonal allergies so it was a plus that there's no carpet in the rooms and the availability for early check in and having some where to retrieve a meal after coming back in from my prior engagement.

We only stayed one night & it was a lovely stay for the family.

Always welcoming and friendly staff at this location. The vibez on the weekends are amazing. Live band in the lounge area.
I felt the housekeeping could have been a little better with checking in and making sure me and my guest and I weren't out of towels and etc.

The location and the lobby were phenomenal
The staff was rude. The parking situation was super inconvenient. Our room was dirty. The shower door wouldn’t close. There’s no mini fridge or microwaves in the room.

I liked how close it was to the music venue.
there was no art in the room. 2 pics in the bathroom but none in the rest of the room. echoed too much😀

Location and room setup was cool.
Service was extremely poor. Hall ways smell like smoke and Didn’t give me validation for parking, toilet was not working several times, refused to leave more than 2 bath cloths after requesting more one multiple occasions, did not even replenish the toilet paper. Have to use nose tissue and decided that was enough to check out early.
