The room was large and well maintained. The blackout curtain kept the sun out. Breakfast was good. The neighbors upstairs were noisy but we needed an accessible room so be sure to ask if you need a quieter space.

Whole thing was under construction, hard to find someone at the front desk to help. Stayed in late August so maybe personnel was down? Got it for the pool but the pool was of course closed. Would rather book with the hotel directly next time so we could find out before we purchased.

It's a good place to have a good rest after a long day hiking at the national park. Just don't expect too much. Room is clean and roomy. Breakfast was good with limited selections. I only wish the bed could be firmer and less squeaky. Other than that, my family was happy overall.

Stayed here in Red Bluff on a brutally hot day in July. When I went to get ice on the third floor, I found the ice machine there was empty. I went down to the second floor and found no ice machine. Had to go all the way down to the lobby to find an ice machine that had ice. Told the front desk late that afternoon that the ice machine on the third floor was empty. The next morning, when I went back to the third floor ice machine, it was still empty. Why can't people just do their jobs? Unacceptable.

I requested a handicap room. I periodically use a wheel chair. It was one of the few hotel rooms I’ve gone to that was actually accessible. Roll in shower, hand wand. Sink where your chair can go under it. Even clothes rack was low.
My only complaint about the hotel is that it had a very mediocre breakfast. No yogurt, no bananas. And I watched them replace items a few at a time, because they didn’t want people to waste or take to the room. I accept that. But have some more healthy food options.

Very spacious and super clean! Super close to Starbucks, McDonald’s, laundry mat, Walmart, and ice cream! We were just not there for a night as part of a longer trip but it was fantastic!

It out of power for 3 hours

Arrived and had to flush the toilet because there was urine. The box spring had a blood stain in the top right corner that was visible. No towels were in the room. We arrived and the air conditioning was off so it was over 100 degrees inside the room and it took more than an hour to cool down the room. Overall it seems the hotel is cutting corner to cut costs. Won’t stay at a comfort inn again.

The furnishings in the room are very nice and the pool is well maintained. The staff is warm and welcoming. The free breakfast has a enjoyable variety with real eggs.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Walls appeared to be thin. I could hear the ice machine constantly people talking in the hall. There was a noticeable gap under the door. The walking above my ceiling was loud. The plug for diverting water to shower head wouldn't close all the way, so the pressure was not good.

I love, love, love my room. For the money it was the best-- spacious, like a decent living room and the decor was modern and everything was clean inside and out. I love having a couch, a desk, a food prep table and a double room bathroom. I would stay here for a week.

We stayed for one night going to Seattle and one on our way home. It quiet, comfortable and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again when in the area.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. It appears to have been updated. Our only negative was the breakfast. Maybe it was turkey sausage? Maybe the eggs were precooked, and just heated up? Should have offered some fruit options. At least it was clean. Rate breakfast a 3, but everything else was a 5.
