This is a very nice little hotel in a very prime location. I didn't evergreen realize i was a walking distance from a private beach and the heavenly village.

This is a nice motel style (meaning outside entrance) hotel room that offered everything needed for a night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was right. Would stay again if in the area.

We went for the Jon Pardi concert and it was very cold for August but it was good the room is comfortable and a little walk to Harveys for the concert.This is my third time staying at the Blue Lake Inn it has always been nice. my go to place to stay when im going to a concert. Walking back someone was on the phone telling the person they were talking to that they needed to stay to the right because of a bear sighting. We made it back safely to our room.

HVAC cycled on and off constantly.

Love the shower pumps, lovely shower gel / shampoo / conditioner, bring your own lotion. Wish we had reserved 2 queen instead of 1 king. Loved the extra blankets!! Pillows are a bit flat, sinks were a bit high but nice double sink!! Nice microwave and refrigerator!! Nice parking and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Free wifi and absolutely loved they had oatmeal and apple at breakfast!! My boyfriend also enjoyed the bagels with cream cheese and fancy bagel toaster. And not just plain but also cinnamon raisin. Also since we left before the 8am breakfast start time on our checkout day, we were able to take oatmeal packets for our checkout AM breakfast!! Very nice room service replaced all towels!! Friendly front desk greeting for check in and just drop keys at slot outside office for checkout. Did not use the lakeside advantage, ended up doing early AM at Baldwin beach at 9am to beat the crowd (2nd Sunday in August.... gets overly crowded in PM!!!!)

Breakfast was limited and staff didn’t offer any brochures/maps of local area.

This Inn is perfect for coming home after being out all day and going to bed to wake up and leave again. Ask for extra blankets and pillows. Comforter was torn and hand sewed real quick like. If this is the worse than know It was moreless a great stay for us.

when I booked It was mentioned that they provide continental breakfast but there was no continental breakfast. It was regular bagel and butter/cheese. They should not mention about continental breakfast. They should mention bagel and coffee/tea.

Low-key spot to rest in a great location! Coffee in room and breakfast were nice touches.

Great place to stay, I was only there for a night and the room was super clean, I checked in early without an issue, I had a coupon for the beach to pay only $5 instead of $30, great option!

First; the carpet was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Recommendation: Replace carpet completely or a thorough deep clean. Second; the furniture was old and 'clunky' and all chairs were not cushioned. Old dresser bureaus and a 'dining room' type table were totally unappealing. Rec: Upgrade furniture for comfort of guests. Third; the electrical capacity of the room was poor. No USB charging ports and no available electrical outlets. One side of bed had end table but no lamp and no electrical outlets. Lamps were old with cracked/deteriorated lampshades Lighting or room was poor. Historical age of room was obvious. Fourth; the mattress was hard. Rec: At least put a modern mattress topper to help with guests' sleeping comfort. Fifth: Replace the tub of the bathroom and remodel the shower/tube area. Rusting bottom of tub was gross. We decided not to shower opting to sponge-bath instead. The tiles of the walls of the shower/tube need to be replaced. All previous 'repairs' were obvious. Finally; the $315.36 one night rate was terribly overpriced. Sure, this is Lake Tahoe on a busy weekend but this guest's satisfaction with this property is nil. .

Spend 2 nights at the hotel and room was clean on arrival and was cleaned on our second day. Staff was friendly amd helpful. Restaurants and shopping center was at walking distance, location was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, staff was excellent! Inside was a little dated but it did the job for what we needed.

Friendly and very helpful staff at check-in. Room was large, adequate, a little tired. A/C was noisy and didn't work very well - room remained warm through the night. A bit noisy due to late night guest activity. Nice to have the coffee maker and fridge. Well located, a short walk to the marina and beach. My stay was short, I left very very early in the morning, and only stayed one night or I'd have spoken with management who, I am sure, would have been helpful in resolving issues.

This was a very last minute weekend getaway so not many choices where to stay. I saw this location & availability & booked it! Check in was very quick & friendly & the room was clean & comfortable. It was close to walk to shopping, resturaunts & entertainment. My daughter & I were pleasantly surprised when they gave us 2 beach vouchers for $5.00 entry where they normally charge $30.00. And the beach umbrella rental was half off from that same voucher. Great location & awesome people running it!

Excellent choice if you wish to be within walking distance of all the restaurants and shopping near the Gondola. It is conveniently located from a very nice beach less than a quarter mile away, to which you can walk. The room was very clean and the entire place was very quiet and away from the noise of the main thoroughfare. We will definitely stay here again. Most importantly, it did not break the bank, so we could use our funds for the fun stuff.

the hotel on the outside is very inviting, but the bath and sink were outdated and worn out. dont get me wrong, functional and clean. the room came with a good refrig, coffee maker, and microwave. the pool was out of service and it would have been nice to take a dip. The staff was nice and courteous. All in all the hotel was ok.

Nothing fancy -but who stays in their room when you are on vacation in Lake Tahoe? The room was comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They gave us discount tickets to the beach which was a bonus. The breakfast was minimal, but better than having to go somewhere to get breakfast - just had an early lunch.

Swimming Pool was out of order, tv was to the side of the bed, room very small, breakfast was pitiful, not worth mentioning, but location was wonderful. Could walk to almost everything. Appreciated the discount tickets for the lake park. But it was a little longer walk than expected.

I liked the fact of the hotel being within walking distance from casinos, restaurants, shopping, and Starbucks! I didn't like our room very much; the beds were either too hard or too soft. The pillows were totally uncomfortable. The AC did not cool the room too well; plus the curtains were to low over the AC preventing the cool air to circulate throughout the room. The pool was out of service; however, wasn't sure if a neighboring pool was available to us. A pool would have been nice to cool off in. A shuttle or golf cart (other than the scooters) would have been nice to get us around to the farther away places.
