We did not end up going as we inadvertently booked one month before hand and both Expedia and the hotel refused to fix the problem, and adjust the date, so we lost $600. It was a non refundable booking and I noticed as soon as I received confirmation.
Expedia tried to help but they blamed the hotel policy. When I called the hotel, they blamed Expedia. It was impossible to change. Yeah right! I bet if I was someone important they would. So I won't be using Expedia again. This should be illegal. We paid $600 for no services.

The location was ok. Not near enough attractions like the Google map indicated. Did not realize the hotel was going to have cruise ship guests. Elevators quite small and hard to share when a lot of cruise guests check in en masse.

Property is located in a decent location, close to transport links, dining out options & tourist attractions.
Lobby, dining areas, bar and swimming pool (located on the 9th floor) were great.
Standard room & junior suite both pretty out dated.

We had a lovely time, it’s in a great location for everything you want to do. Even meeting points for days out are with in walking distance. The only time we got a cab was to visit the old prison in the old town and that was because it’s up a very steep hill but we walked back down with no problems.
The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

After having asked for a quite room what a disappointment I know the hotel can’t guarantee if the people they put you next to are going to be talking loud and laughing and banging but each morning it was the same and I mean early early morning then dead on the dot the builder’s outside started so having had a two week holiday we went home extremely tired.
On the plus side the room was a good size and clean, location was good but the best thing was the staff in the restaurant we paid for the evening meal and wasn’t disappointed and the lady who served us was exceptional the only other thing is the reception staff could be a little more clued up on bus times to the airport and where the bus goes from

The first room we got was very hot. The air conditioner only worked on heating and it was hard to breathe. They were very kind and changed us to a room on the back side of the hotel, where there is no direct sun and the room does not heat up that much. They helped us with everything we needed. The maids were nice and kind.

The hotel rooms are really small and not wheelchair friendly at all despite them advertising that it is. The bathroom is tiny and does not accommodate handicapped. To use the bathroom my husband had to squeeze into an extremely small lift and go up to the 9th floor public rest rooms. The rooms are extremely out dated but it appears renovations are underway. Hopefully renovations include making the hotel more accomodating to handicapped. The room was clean though.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful, thank you for that.
The location is adjacent a club on a busy street so there is some noise when the balcony doors are open.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean, we did not go out after 9PM, but the cab driver said that the neighborhood was not very safe and warned us to be careful if we go out at night.

Not a bad hotel. Reception and restaurant area are nice, but the rooms look a bit tired and are in need of refurbishment. Restaurant food was good and breakfast was excellent.

hotel location is good, service was great, but since it was an old hotel corridors smell little bit, smoking rooms smell very bad (smoking room corridors are also smell even worse then room itself). sheets and tooilet was clean and rooms has balcony.

Hotel is in walking diatance of many restaurants and bars. Parking is under the hotel and they have an uncovered overflow area. Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel is clean

good stay our tv in the room not enable us to view channels ,but we were not bothered by this since we stayed out most of the time, good location very cheap taxi to the center , the price is relatively cheap to other hotels, good breakfast
