Everything was as expected. Generally clean, could use some upgrades but better than some others in the price range. Service was average, and amenities below average.

We were there for a concert. They had no problem with our late check in and even upgraded our room without us even asking. Front desk person was very nice and welcoming. We really friendly.

We stay at this location every time we travel to the area. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and we love the amenities. Location is great as it is right off main hwy and next to some shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is a bit dated. They allowed us an early check-in- 12:30 instead of 3:00. That was great. Check-in was fast and easy. Only one elevator. Complimentary juice and coffee-both were delicious. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. The lobby area could have used a bit more attention to cleaning. That’s because entitled guests just left their trash for others to pick up rather than disposing of it themselves. And no one picked it up. The room needed a few repairs- toilet seat loose, (beautiful) cabinet door needed tightened or repaired, the water faucet in the tub needed to be replaced. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, but to be fair, that’s more about my back. We didn’t use the dishwasher or microwave but refrigerator was clean and worked well, as did the ice maker. We booked for 3 nights. The 2nd night was when the tornado hit! Yep. Staff was great during that. We lost power that night around 2:00am I think, while sitting in the hallway downstairs. Most guests left the next morning. We stayed, hoping for power to be restored earlier than later. All in all, an eventful, yet safe weekend. I would revisit but it would not be my first choice.

It was very pricey and didn't include breakfast. I have never heard of charging you in advance for incifentals your not going to get. The hotel was clean and nice. But, I would never choose this hotel again because the price was too high for no breakfast and charging me $25 for something i haven't even bought is ridiculous.

We have stayed here before because we really like the location. The problem this time was that it was noisy. The other thing is we were there for eight days, and the only time the room was cleaned was the day before we checked out. We dumped our trash twice before then.

Found my room to have a bed that someone had laid on after being made. Housekeeping was not available until the following day and after another attempt, the bed was STILL not made properly. Toilet never flushed completely the entire stay and the room had a sickeningly sweet smell the entire stay. Laundry facilities were free but area dirty. Coffee machine in lobby was broken four out of six days-fortunately there was coffee available to make in the rooms.

I had a room booked elsewhere but there was no way I would have my family stay there so we decided to leave town and when I saw this beautiful place it was an instant eye catcher and the staff was very nice. I'd do this stop again in the future.

Photos of property that are currently on travelocity have not been updated in a LONG time. Front entrance was off-putting. Signs clearly stating no smoking within 50 feet of entrance...not observed by staff or guests. Rooms have horrible odors. First one smelled of molded,wet carpet. They moved us to another nonsmoking room...that pot had obviously been smoked in...the smell lingered thewhole time despite use of my Febreeze..the bathroom vanity had burn marks from cigarettes,etc on it. Door frame to our bathroom was broken am
and cracked...pieced together with screws. Mold behind the soap dispenser in shower...hair left behind from previous occupant. The front lobby chairs/lounge area seating were badly stained. The carpets in all areas...stained and dirty. The whole place felt dirty. The owner needs to come to the property and review all areas. Upon checkout..the hotel offered a discount....that ended up being only about 25$.

The one negative note I have is that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs during our stay and this wasn't indicated during the booking process. I search for places to stay that have certain amenities, so if I pay the requested price, I expect the amenities to be available.

6. Wire hanging from ceiling in bedroom
7. No stopper in bath tub

The location is perfect for business. The rooms were nice, but a bit more attention is needed in the area of cleaning.
After getting into my room, I used cleaning wipes to clean what looks like candy smudges on the air conditioning panel, around lights watches and door handles.
