Check in was accepted early and this was wonderful as we had limited time to rest/freshen up for a concert. Very quiet and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again on another trip.

We had been to a concert so after the concert we just needed a place to stay, before leaving in the morning. Family of 5 we got two rooms. The carpet and bathroom floors were sticky. In Missouri marijuana is apparently legal, so even though you aren’t supposed to smoke in the rooms, both rooms smelt like they had been smoked in. When you shut your door you could see lights from outside, so people smoking outside it came directly in your room. The beds were fairly comfortable, so we slept woke up early and checked out as soon as possible. It worked for us but you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly though.

You get what you pay for! I expected the outdated furniture b/c of reviews. Linens were all clean. They have volume control set so low on the TV that you can't hardly hear it over the roar of the A/C. So basically you have to choose which one you want to listen to . Room was very musty smelling when we walked in. Hot breakfast is not served until 9:30. Which means you didn't have time to eat if you want to be at Silver Dollar City at 9am like we were doing. There were no "Do not disturb" signs so you are forced to have random people in your room while your not there and no one was in the office for us to tell them not to. Mattress was semi firm which I like. There are no USB ports so make sure you bring a charger box. Make sure you bring a hair clip to keep the curtains closed as they didn't close all the way without it.

I wasn't horrible, just the pictures online did not compare to what we showed up to. This place really needs a deep clean and re-vamp it is very old and outdated. The pool would have been very nice if it was clean, there were so many bugs in it look like it hadn't been cleaned in a week.

Nice breakfast and pool!!

This hotel had bed bugs. When we woke up the next morning we found them in one of our beds. 3 to be exact. We even took them down to the front desk and showed them and they refused a refund for the night we stayed. The staff asked us if we left door open at any point as if the bed bugs decided to just walk into our room from outside. They also insinuated that we brought them there as they found none in the room after they said they needed to inspect it. Despite having proof. We told everyone we saw and several people left right away. There was also trash behind the nightstand. Do not recommend.

Good stay for the price! The location is great in my opinion. Little bit older hotel but it's clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel breakfast has good selection. Only thing was our lights between the beds did not work and the plug in's seemed "shoved" into the wall where our cords wouldn't stay plugged in.

My stay was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our refrigerator was out and they replaced it. I have no complaints and would definitely stay again. Staff was amazing also.

Room not ready at normal check in time. Staff was pleasant. However, once we made it into the room the tv stand was broken so TV was sitting on the dresser unsecured (safety) and the fridge was broken. Cheap yes, spend a couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

They need to do some repairs on their rooms. The bathroom door would not close all the way. You could tell something use to be connerc to the wall. A good paint job would help a lot.. the lighting in the room was dim at vest. The night clerk was extremely nice when i went down there and told him our room didnt have any sheets or bkankets and looked like the maid forgot to finish her job. He immediately changed our room and ev we n went there himself to make dure the 2nd room was ready.. and 1 great surprise was the roku tv.

The property was alright it was how the staff handled them self . I understand that they were shorthand but they could have been handled better . Check in time was 3:00 pm and I understand they only had one cleaning staff but they were letting people check in but was making us wait longer then them .

Manager was very helpful with late check in.

My family had stayed here before for a night and it was fine for the cheap price. Not this time. I don’t know if it was just the room we were in, but it was so gross. Floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty, towels just stacked up on the luggage rack because there was no rack to put them on, TV didn’t work, walls were gross. It was not a great experience and we won’t be staying here again. On a plus side, the front desk workers I dealt with were friendly.

Room was clean but run down. Very noisy and outdoor areas were dirty.

They have no maid, the carpet needs to be ripped out, any metal in the room is rusted, the room smelled like there had been a cat living in it. The bed was a metal futon frame, but it was comfortable. No clock, no hangers, very few outlets in the room, and the ones we did have need to be replaced, when we plugged anything in, we had to brace something against it, or it would just fall out. The entire place needs an overhaul.

Room was not very clean. There was kids dirty underwear, and a microwaveable meal box behind the bed. We wiped the side table off ant the wipe was literally black from filth. We used to love to stay at Dockers, but not anymore.

Check in was great. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and check in was quick. They offer cookies in the evening which was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the room needed a good cleaning. The headboard and end tables were very dusty, the bathroom mirror hadn't been cleaned and there were spots all over it, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. It wouldn't be my first choice but since we are not in the room much it was okay for a weekend stay.

The only complaint I had was no closet or rails to hang up your clothes.

Overall great experience. For the price you get great curb appeal but lackluster in the room. Outdated. Wasn't the cleanest. Door looked like it had been broke into before. Parts on door broken. Lights worked sometimes. Toilet leaked. If you are wanting somewhere to sleep for a great price then highly recommend. Not if you plan to be in your room a lot. Stayed for 4 nights mostly just to lay our heads down. Kids loved the pool. Staff was fantastic. Pizza Hut in walking distance. mini golf as well near. Id recommend staying there. My wife would not.

Could not check in to our room till later then check in time so did not get to rest or Chang clothes before our dinner plans.

Beds were horribly hard and floors were nasty. Showers did not work well at all. Breakfast was nasty and pool closed too early.
