The front desk was clean however the smell of weed was very strong in the foyer of the hotel. The condition of the rooms were not great with splattered paint from repairs and such and just a bit run down. The front desk checkin process was not smooth and the person checkin us in was not very pleasant

The room was okay, but could use some updating including the appliances. Extra pillows would have made the bedi more comfortable.

I checked in and immediately there were other guests or something screaming at each other in the lobby. No staff seemed to care, so I assumed it was not a big deal and it wouldn't matter once I was in my room. Went to my floor and immediately ran into more people screaming and arguing in the hallway. Went into my room and immediately noticed an off-putting smell, but it physically looked clean. I went to lock the door behind me and the door would not lock appropriately. I was going to head back down and request a new room with a functional lock, but upon passing the same groups of fighting visitors, determined I cannot stay here. I talked to the front desk and let them know, and they were very apologetic and understanding. All of this happened in about 45 minutes from arrival to getting back in my car. Tried to request a refund and was told there is nothing that they can do. Looking at a credit card chargeback at this point and hoping that a can get a refund for a service that was not rendered. This hotel was very slightly less expensive than others within a few minutes of driving, and I cannot speak to those, but I recommend staying elsewhere.

Adequate for what I needed, but nothing special. The room was clean but showing considerable age, with tape over damaged walls and hastily repaired plaster in the bathroom ceiling. I appreciated the good service and the price.

The evening manager was so friendly. Then I asked where the ice machine was and she said they didn't have one. Next she ducked away into the employee lounge and filled a large cup with ice for me. So anxious to please...

You get what you pay for. It was inexpensive. It was mostly clean, although the bedding had hairs on it that weren't ours. They need to include cleaning under the beds because there was a nice family of dust bunnies and other creatures underneath. The draining was bad. The toilet required multiple flushes to clear it. The sink also took several minutes after minimal use (like brushing teeth or washing hands). When they say grab and go for breakfast, it's literally 3 coffee urns/hot water for tea/hot chocolate, nutrigrain bars/prepackaged muffins and oatmeal you could make with the hot water. There is a WaWa across the parking lot if you want something more substantial. It certainly was adequate for the cheap price, but we've stayed at other comparably priced places that had continental breakfast and better plumbing. The people at the desk (Rick and Omega) were very nice though.

We never even were able to get into our room. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. And more than 40 years of traveling I’ve never been so disrespected. The staff was unprofessional uncooperative and completely inept. After waiting for more than 30 minutes for a room that was reserved. We were told that it might be a couple of more hours And that they really weren’t sure if there would be a room available at all. They were incompetent. So we left.

The property is tucked away but walkable for food options.
