Convenient location. Does not have a large parking lot, but you can park across the street which is not well lit. The hotel had a mildew smell throughout and in the rooms. They had some much air freshener in the hallways to mask it which literally would choke a person. Our room could have been cleaner also. The pillows were awful, old and clumpy. The mattress was worn also. The chair was full of stains. A dirty towel was left twisted in the shower curtain and hit was in the tub!! I wouldn’t stay here again.

I thought I scored an awesome deal however upon entering the hotel, I was greeted with the overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke. Check in process was smooth; cigarette burns were on the comforter and counter tops. Not what I expected and would not recommend.

First there was no parking, but not because every spot was full but because many many care were taking uo 2 spots. We parked down the street. Waited for 30 min at the front desk ... no one was there. I actually peeked behind the counter to make sure the attendant didnt have a medical emergency or worse. Finally he showed up. I get checked in, my entire floor smelled like Marijuana and was in disrepair. We get to the room, the bedding was stained, 2 lights didnt work, paint was peeling off the walls and the bathtub would not turn off. Being as it was our only option we stayed. In hindsight i wish i would have slept in the truck or just went home, because we woke up with a terrible headache, completely stuffed up. Overall avoid this property, youd be just as well off getting a 30 dollar room somewhere.

Terrible hotel. Carpet was filthy, bathroom shower dripped all the time. Hinges on bathroom door were so rusted the door wouldn’t shut. No blankets for the foldout so they gave us extra sheets and told us to layer them all and that should be warm enough. Thought the shower curtain wasn’t closed but the water was actually coming out from under the tub. Staff was nice but don’t waste your money.

The bathroom sink leaked water all over bathroom floor had to put towels down to soak it up. I had to turn off the water to sink. Tried to call front desk but phone wasn’t working and I was already dressed for bed the tv was messed up you could watch it with a red line down the middle! When I said something to front desk the next morning they just said ok. I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub!

Very limited parking. Had to park in the parking lot across the road. The elevator was out of use for an hour when we arrived. When we could use the elevator it was very jerky and we sat for about 10 seconds before it would open, we thought we were stuck. The bathroom exhaust didn’t work and therefore everything was rusty in the bathroom. The bathtub had big paint chunks missing. There were bodily fluids staining the floor and some of the bedding. There was fresh gum on the bed frame. Had to go to the front desk to ask for bedding for the pullout couch. That had 2 big pee stains on that. Cigaret burns on the comforter and bathroom wall. Lots of silicone falling off. Carpet was nasty. TV remote would turn on, bug you couldn’t change the channel. Air conditioner was good though.

It was clean and pretty quiet where I was. The bed was a little hard for me (it may be just right for someone else) so I didn’t sleep well. The phone didn’t work. We could not watch TV because it said no signal the whole time. It was not a bad stay for one night.

The room we were assigned to had wet carpet and a mildew smell which indicated it was not new and had to be known to the hotel. The staff laid towels on the floor and said nothing could be done until the morning. It was said I didn’t want to move and that is not true. In the morning we were given another room which was not accesible but good. The toilet paper holders were not functional and the toilet seat was loose. But the room was clean, smelled ok and good. The hotel was centrally located and close to the interstate, restaurants, stores and not far to center of New Otleans.

Didn't like that guest parked over or on the line in the parking lot and it was already a small lot. My room was top what I expected ceiling and walls were dirty and wood on dresser and fridge are damaged (wet/dry-rotten)

The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We enjoyed Kim and other staff at front desk. The breakfast was satisfying. Our room was comfortable. What we did not like was the downstairs back door was not locked. One morning three non guest helped themselves to breakfast. The smoke alarm in our room was not working. The room phone did not work. The dryer did not work. We stayed on the third floor. Apparently that is where the pot smokers stay as the hallway reeked of pot our entire stay.

We liked the staff. They were helpful and courteous, The back exit door was unlocked making it easy for non guest to join in for breakfast. The dryer was broke. Our smoke alarm did not work. The phone in our room was broke. We were happy to see a security guard one morning.

The hotel itself in some areas looks and smells icky. The fourth floor smelled like a cannabis convention. When I first arrived to the room which had 2 queens the second bed wasn't even made and the dirty sheets and pillows (some yellow) where on the other bed. The lady at the front desk hinted at frustration with housekeeping but was super nice and gave me a new room that turned out to be a King Suite. That's when the cannabis smell left but the "ick" smell began. I was stuck in Nola for an extra night but upon learning it was going to one more night I left the property and didn't look back.

The room was filthy. The lock was broken off the door. The walls had filthy streaks on them. The bathroom was nasty. The chair was torn up. The hallway smelled bad. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The room sheets were dirty and there was mood in the room ,growing up they wall , the bathroom zinc didn’t work it had a smoke smell in the room also the bathroom tube was not clean at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay.

The room was BAD I did not sleep on the bed, the curtains were full of mold, and the door top was full of mold. I have pictures but don't know how to load them on here. The bed has bugs and stains all over the top.

There is no elevator and wifi in the morning. I have to carry my huge luggage getting down from 4th floor.

The room and halls all reeked of smoke despite signs this is a non-smoking building.
The washer and dryer weren't working.
The tub seemed to be from the 1950s.
Our room didn't have enough sheets or towels. (front desk staff did supply more up request)
The breakfast was ok but made worse by the fact that the kitchen staff wanted to close early. It advertised as 6-9am but there were no eggs at 8:45 and I had to really lobby for them to make me an egg.
The front desk staff were at least willing to help.
