The door lock of the room which we had been provided first, could not be opened by the key card. And hey gave me another room. On this second room we had the same problem.
At least on the third room we were able to enter the room.
Besides these problems, the conditions are good.

This is an older hotel, no frills. Perfect for our one night stop over in Passau. I had booked the family room as it was my husband, son and I traveling. Upon check in we were told that this specific room was not available but they gave us two adjoining rooms instead which suited us just fine. The gentlemen at the check in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are TINY and definitely could use a little updating but the beds are comfortable enough and everything was clean and in good working order. FYI our room did not have air conditioning, not sure if any of the rooms have it? But we were lucky enough to have cooler weather and just opened the windows. Overall good for an overnight but much too small for a longer stay.

laßt euch nicht verführen. Warum ist Best Western hier eingestiegen. Das Haus entspricht nicht dem, was man sich unter Best Western vorstellt. Die für Häftlinge in deutschen Gefängnissen erforderliche Mindestfläche wird nur geringfügig überschritten, allerdings mit Dusche. Nachts werden in der Gegend unerlaubte Rennen gefahren. Das freundliche Personal möchte ich aber besonders erwähnen

Hotels.Com missed to send my reservation and i had to stay by the reception around midnight for 45min with my baby crying. Expedia transferred me 3x and it was an absolute disaster. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.

Sometimes there is no free parking lot closely but further in the large parking area so you gotta walk with your luggage. Unless you do logistics like bring luggage down then come and pick them up at the entrance. Tricky to fix that if you alone. Otherwise very nice and cozy inside.

Decent hotel. Price worth for it. We were on a long journey and just stoped there for a short overnight. For this purpose the hotel is great.

The reception staff were off-hand and unfriendly and not helpful, although the kitchen staff were much better. The so-called “Junior Suite” did not have a frig, mini bar, air conditioning, fan or decent room for suitcases. There was one teabag, not replaced on the second day, powdered milk sachets, small television and small towels which could be expected in a less expensive room but at the price charged not up to general expectations at all. That Best Western have put their name to this hotel is extremely disappointing as many people would book a room because of their name.

The hotel has no air-conditioning but opening the window was impossible due to the loud noise outside. The hotel is in a large shopping complex with Chinese/Mongolian restaurant and grocery/ department store(Kaufland), pet shop and cheap clothing store (KIK). The regular rooms are tiny.The full breakfast is worth paying the 8 Euros. A relatively cheap hotel - "you get what you pay for"

A very nice stay of one night on the road to Hungary. The staff is very sympathetic, they speak English and French. Very nice rooms

Nice and quiet place. Perfect for one night when you are driving by. A bit off of city centre but definitely nice to stay if you need a good rest.

We have stayed Here for 3 nights. Absolutely Amazing staff, spotless room, We have found water and a Little gift in our room. So impressed! You could easily Say the hotel is a 4 Star hotel.We will recommend this hotel to all our friends !
