An absolutely horrible uncomfortable stay. I complained about the heating not working in the room. They then got the heating working but the it would only work on 27 degrees Celsius nothing else. They didn’t fix and haven’t got back to me about my complaints.

Tony at reception was amazing. Went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The last trip in July 2024 my son was not feeling so well and puked.
This time I told Tony and he kindly extended the check out time so my son doesnt have to rush. Thank you Tony

Generally friendly staff and have stayed here before. Main weakness is awkard to use showers in room. Parking spaces a bit tight too.

The room was lovely and staff friendly. The hotel is close to Windsor which we visited and a great base to travel into London for a weekend.

I stayed with a colleague as he was flying into Heathrow that evening abs we had a mooring flight the next day.
The hotel is a fairly standard chain hotel. They were keen to close the bar early, which while I wasn't that bothered about drinking more than the one beer I had, we were watching the football.
The other major annoyance was the car parking, I hate hotels that charge parking in addition, I had paid for my stay, don't take the piss.

We had a lovely stay at the Copthorne Slough. Staff are incredibly welcoming and child-friendly, the facilities are perfect especially for those with young children as we could easily take advantage of the swimming pool and the family rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge amongst other things. The food is also very family friendly and service is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Fustrating check in. New computer system which it appears the staff had no training on.
Details of my booking were not clear and had to prove I had breakfast included
At breakfast the following day again had to prove I had breakfast included which they challenged me on. Not a good start to the day
Tried to use the gym but was advised I had to get a ‘booking slot’ from the reception which would have meant a 20 minute queue just to get they. What a load of nonsense
So overall a fustrating stay.

Big hotel and decent size rooms.
A couple of gripes
. No shower gel or shampoo in either dispenser. Discovered once
in the shower.
No decaf tea or coffee and stale sausages for a £15 breakfast .

Just one small complaint 😏 and that would be the pillows in our room were awful and the soap in the bathroom shower area was empty for two nights - 2nd floor (220) .
One pillow each and very poor quality. but apart from that all good

This was a great value one nighter on the way to Heathrow The staff were great & the food was fine & inexpensive. The building is huge & some parts need updating such as carpets.The hotel is obviously also an asset for the local community which gives the place a certain bonce

Lovely hotel,friendly helpful staff .large rooms was a little disappointed with the bathroom which had a cracked bath panel and damage to inside of door but this did not stop us from having a lovely stay here . Will definitely book to come again

We stayed at the Copthorne Hotel Windsor for two nights. The room was large with a double comfortable bed and was very clean.
It’s a short drive to Ditton Manor where we had a wedding reception party.
The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel & we will back.

Shower was poor-lots of limescale-narrow streams of water spurting in different directions.
I would not consider this a 4 star property. I do not consider it good value for money.
Basic facilities in room. Limited choice in breakfast compared to other establishments of lower ratings.
I did not expect to have to book and pay additionally to use the swimming pool. I thought the elevated price of the hotel would have incorporated access to the facilities such as swimming and parking.
