The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. A welcome box with treats was a nice touch. Good communication from the host throughout. A five mins walk to amenities. Parking on site a great bonus.

The fact it was under the flight path which I was aware of when booking but naively did not think it would impact our stay as much as it did. I know this is not a fault of the host.

Arriving at check in to find apartment not ready. The car parking space was very tight along wall. Noise from planes and next doors aircon.

Construction actively underway when we arrived that lasted entire day. Apartment was surrounded by scaffolding with several workers operating power equipment. Had lukewarm water to begin, then only cold water for first day and most of second day until we returned in late afternoon. Sent 2 emails to owner and never received a reply via email. Only contact from owner was a call from him on afternoon of second day.

Nice little touches with the wine and essentials very clean with all the mod cons really enjoyed our stay.

Felt a little uneasy not being able to lock the window where the child was sleeping. Wouldn't have been much of a problem if the scaffold wasn't there.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like really except the constant planes that fly over Windsor but that’s something you can’t do anything about and I’m sure if you lived there you wouldn’t even notice them after a while.

The property was in an excellent location to walk into Windsor. It was quiet and safe. Beds were comfy and we all had good sleeps.

We couldn’t get Netflix to work only one night out of the three we stayed. The kids were looking forward to watching tv in evenings to relax and there were no kids channels or decent adult channels on the normal TV. None of the extra apps would load due to internet connection issues with TV.

Clean and tidy everything we needed was there. Only one thing would have liked a lamp in the living room.

The property had all the amenities one needs and more. It was large and spacious and very clean. The welcome pack and the bread and milk was an extra special touch that made us feel welcomed.

The property is very stylish but also extremely functional. We loved the fact each bedroom had its own bathroom, and both beds were extremely comfortable. The lounge area was bright and spacious however the sofa might also benefit from a foot stool for added comfort at night. The kitchen was beautifully kitted out with plenty of room for us all. The dining table was another lovely bonus! The free parking bay was a great addition, rare in such a popular and busy part of London and one of the main reasons for choosing Urban Living! And not least, our host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay - thank you

Location was great - a very short walk into town, and equally a very short walk to the park outside Windsor Castle. Apartment was spotless and great for a short break with kids - a welcome change from hotel rooms!

The location was excellent and the apartment was well appointed.

Parking was a little difficult. Our space was only available 50% of the time. The weather was very hot and consequently the apartment was very hot with no air conditioning.

Flat is modern, nice and clean. Located in a good position in Windsor

We contacted the owner tfew times, call and messages and we did not get any answer. It was not super important, but they were not responsive at all
