All staff extremely polite and courteous the room was clean and fully stocked, quiet and safe with ample parking a great stay for anyone who likes to stay in there room breakfast and room service also on offer. I would highly recommend this resort.

Pot holes, mud on drive access, room very small, shower same

The king size bed dipped in the middle which was annoying as we kept rolling in the middle of the bed !! Neighbours on both nights were very noisy until about 1 am !! We realise that is not the fault of management but it was still annoying !! And some people don’t realise that because they are leaving at 6 am other people are still sleeping and they need to be quiet, just common sense !!

Meals beautiful, rooms bland, aircondioner had to be on 27 to just get warmth, dirty curtains and exterior to gardens. No lighting over footpath to dining area where path was undulating and rough and entry to dining entry.

I had read several bad reviews before staying, but thought I'd still stay. BAD IDEA. The room was clean enough, but the mattress was thin and hard as a rock, it would have been better on the floor. As for the bathroom. The toilet was filthy, or at least very badly stained. The shower was mouldy. I wouldn't use it. And just to finish, the sink had a big crack though it. I wouldn't recommend this site, at any cost.

Very convenient, park right outside door! It was a cold night, the heater struggled to keep up.

We had a very long wait to check in. Condition of room was passable.

The Front door didn't seem like it was closed properly when locked. The shower could do with a bit more pressure, & the WiFi could do with an upgrade as it kept signing me in & out every 5mins. The lady at reception was exceptional in service 5 stars for her. Other than that everything else was perfect. Not saying i would stay here again, i would definitely stay here regardless of those issues.

Stayed in exec suite enjoyed the spa and was great to have kitchen to cook- lots of space !

Room was clean & tidy. Heater didn't work very well, but when asked we were provided with a fan heater. Room above was very noisy overnight. Plenty of parking options and easy to find and access.

Property very dated and noisy downstairs room

Very pleasant reception. Large room with comfortable couch and great bed. The hotel is not sparkling new but is well maintained, clean and warm. The pool looked great but it was too cold to use it!

Very old could do with some good maintenance and tidy up curtains very dirty drapes don’t open and close properly door hinges were hanging off (maitinace did repair after alerted )

Our stay was great the room was clean to a excellent standard everthing was good only one thing i didnt like with our twin single room was the lay out beds were to close to each other for people how snore also didnt like the tv position why up on top of a cabinet and couldnt see tv comfortably for me that said loved the location cleanness and our room was ground floor easy to get in room

Reception asked for CC at check in to accommodate extras and damages. Immediately assuming that a guest will damage the room is grossly insulting and if we had not already paid, I would have walked out. The receptionist needs hospitality training!!! When we found the room, we realised that there was a second sliding door into the centre of the facility. It already had a key in the lock, so the room was not secure and could easily have been left insecure if we had not accidentally discovered the key. There is no breakfast, despite the Wotif listing. The restaurant is only open some nights of the week and for a limited time in the evening, and the bar did not open as signed. So effectively there is no bar/lounge. The table in the room has a mismatched pair of chairs. Relatively cheap accommodation. The facilities and service do not excite. Its barely OK.

A reasonable room for the price we paid . More knowledge on the food options for dietary requirements would have been good.

Great place to stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good pressure. Would definitely stay again. The only additional thing I would have liked is a bigger cup for my morning coffee
