The motel was ok, not great, but they cancelled my reservation without notice and charged $3 more for using my credit card!

I prepaid for my stay, but upon arrival, the clerk told me she was worried because she didn't have any rooms left. I explained I had already paid for the room and it was guaranteed; she stated that there was a "housekeeping problem" and that they hadn't finished cleaning all the rooms that day. She said to give her a moment and she would double check, but that she wasn't sure she could get me the type of room I paid for... I waited for her to come back, and she seemed to have fixed the issue and told me she hoped I had no issue being on the 2nd floor. I told her it was not a problem, as I was just super exhausted since it was middle of the night and needed to sleep. Upon entering the room, it seemed very bare. I realized it was missing the couch and refrigerator that I had paid for with my room type. There were also no pillow cases on the pillows, nor towels or washcloths in the room. I tried calling the front desk from my phone, since there was no phone in the room either. No answer. At this point I was far too tired to deal with the issue and fell asleep since I had been driving so long. This was one of the worst stays I've experienced, partially because the hotel clearly is allowing rooms to be oversold when they know they don't have adequate amenities or even clean rooms.

It was a clean room with a love seat, mini fridge & microwave.

Firstly, I reserved two rooms for a one night stay however i arrived a day earlier and purchased two rooms. I was told when i initially checked in that all i had to do was come to the office before check out and there would be no need to switch rooms. The following morning i went to the office as directed and was told by another staff member(Indian female) that they had only one king size bed available and wasn't able to fulfill my reservation. To have two double beds wasn't an issue for me however she charged more than my guaranteed reservation price because of her lack of ability to fill reservation which I feel is bate amd switch to lure customers in. Secondly, the rooms were horrific. While I didn't expect 5 star status i did expect cleanliness. The walls in the bathroom were covered dirty yellowish stains apparently from a lack of cleaning. The minifridge had some type of substance all over it that looked like something had exploded on it and the walls behind it. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. There was even disgusting kitchen cabinets on the wall next to the sink. The saying is you get what you pay for but in this instance i was overcharged as the place isn't worth a dime and need to be demolished. Save yourself some grief and protect your health by going somewhere else.

Had a great stay here & I must say that the staff was excellent. The only downside is that it doesn't do the continental breakfast thing but it's ok because there's enough restaurants to accommodate. There were no problems with bugs or anything else & I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nice stay for a great price

Good. But need breakfaat we or people travel too far and some dont have much money too eT at tge resturant. Expecally when they have kids

Had to stay a second night due to weather. Able to do laundry but a little noisy this time.

It was dirty no coffee pot no nothing I Glad there was a gas station real close so I can get coffee and snacks I can’t believe a hotel didn’t have a coffee pot in the room nothing I mean I know the room is cheap but expect to get something for your money but we made it through it was OK

The customer service was great but the condition of the place left much to be desired.

Our room had dirty spreads on bed, no batteries in smoke alarm, old

Room was not up to par. Leak from toilet base all over bathroom floor. Mildew on shower head and around base of toilet. Freezer needed defrosting, couldnt use it. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Noisy.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Perfect for a pit stop night of sleep on our way to the beach.

It is not the Ritz, but room was clean and comfortable. Close to eating places. For the price, it was a great value.

When we got there it was one maid cleaning and we had to wait on our room to be cleaned. Then after we got into the room the heat would not work and the Refrigerator did not work. So we ended up having to switch rooms we had a great night the heater worked fine in that room. But the Front desk clerk was very nice about the switch.
