We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. My only gripe is that it was difficult trying to get the single-handled shower knob to a desired temperature.

Almost everything was great except thete was no hot ester. Took a cold shower in the morning. Terrible. Eas told by another guest it had been 2 dsys since they hsd hit water. Bar service and breakfast was excellent

Rooms are average . Bathrooms need renovation. Shower was too tight to turn on from tap water. Breakfast was included in my reservation but they didn’t give me voucher for it until I asked. Overall all ok stay.

I arrived for Check in verrryyy late. And I believe my reservation was canceled. My Partner booked afresh and our stay went as planned. I have no regrets. At times situations just don’t materialize and envisioned. Period. However, I rate the stay as beautiful.

Shocked it being Hilton. Towels were stained. Stay was for 3 days. Never at anytime did room get cleaned. We have stayed at many Hilton hotels and always had room cleaned second day? Never again will be staying there. Very disappointing.

The air freshener used in my room was unbearable. The smell was overwhelming and actually irritated my lungs.

This hotel is just a location for rest. The carpeted hallways were stained from much use or spills. My room also had carpet which made me uncomfortable. The bed was clean & good pillow options. I could control the air conditioner and the room was chilly. I preferred this to hot though. I didn’t buy the extra cost breakfast so no input on it. This room was a last minute booking from a long delayed flying day so the cost was worth it for the offering.
The late night check in personal was extremely kind. 🙂

My daughter was taking the bar at Raritan Center so we stayed here because of its convenience. The location was fine and there are many amenities in the immediate area. That was good. The lobby of this hotel was very nice and the hotel staff were great. The hallway to our room was not very updated with many markings on the rugs. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was SUPER loud. We had a room facing the parking lot,, which was fine, except that the room darkening curtains don't close all the way so the lights outside were shining in the room most of the night. Also, the toilet ran and needed the handle to be jiggled many times to stop it.

Great place. Great staff. Everything clean and in working order, including pool, workout facilities. Very close to convention center. The hotel restaurant was really nice, including staff, bar, breakfast buffet. Would only note that other than it and a kind of pricey deli, there aren't a whole lot of dining options nearby.

Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles are found empty while showering. Bath tub is dirty. Comforter is relatively thin.

This place is way overdue for a refresh. The hallways have stained rugs that are all stretched out and fold over themselves. The hotel room have vinyl walls, and yet they are still dirty looking. It’s so gross.

I chose Hilton Inn because it was a pet-friendly hotel, and I paid $170 per night. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My two Shih Tzus ended up getting fleas all over them during our stay. We had to visit the vet and incur additional expenses to treat them. This situation was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the inconvenience and extra costs we had to bear.

Not what i expected of a Hilton. We always stay at Marriotts but due to location decided to stay in this property. I had to asked for me room to be switch due to the smell of the room, the rugs on the hallway were dirty and no smart tv to watch my shows on Netflix. I will not consider staying at a Hilton garden inn anymore.

For years Ive stayed at a hotel adjacent but I decided to try here. I will be staying here from now now. The staff was quick and courteous. My room was wonderful. The AC worked great! Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable!
