Grandkids loved the waterslide and pools. Just wanted somewhere adjacent to walk in nature instead of in parking lots.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had a great time swimming and the birthday girl had a great birthday.

The people in the adjoining room, who had children, were noisy, early in the morning. It was almost like they were bowling in the hallway. So we goy up earlier then planned. Then we went down for breakfast, all the tables were occupied or saved for family members. There was one table available so I went to the service door and asked the person in there for a wash rag so I could clean a table. That person deemed very unstable, like he was having a hard time thinking through process, I couldn't decide if they were feeling the effects if alcohol or maybe even disabled. The waffle maker, the one on the left with the 4 smaller waffles really needed spray as everyone who made a waffle from that machine couldn't get them out. Really could use a third machine for weekends. The service person came out to do stocking and was again distracted and very slow at filling the creamer and sugar containers at the coffee station.

We have stayed here often over the last couple of years and the north wing is fantastic. Bigger rooms, better bathroom. The west wing is something to be desired. The carpet in the west wing made our kids feet black on the bottom.
Entire room is jus was just blah. Breakfast is nice and equal to any other hotel.
The water slide and pool area are great for the kids.
Overall worth the price if you stay in the north wing. There should be a $50 difference in price if you stay in the west wing..

After the barking dogs next door checked out, our stay definitely improved. I can't believe hotels now allow dogs. I am extremely allergic not to mention the constant barking drove me crazy. In the lobby a dog actually jumped up on me and chased me. Not sure i will stay here again despite the fact that my kids love the pool and water slide.

We had a great time in the pool every day! The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, and everyone was nice. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the showers is terrible, but I would still stay again!

The lobby smelled bad and the hallway smelled strong of propane. Was told it’s the dryers. Our room smelled like wet dog it was awful. Floor/carpet was sticky and felt dirty on bare feet.

Great place to stay if you have kids. They have an amazing water park in the hotel. That having been said, it is pretty pricey

We paid through Expedia and this property not only tried charging me again when we showed up, they charged me a THIRD TIME. I have been working to get this resolved for days now.

We love stopping here when we are traveling through Watertown. Great pool area and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Becki was the attendant working in the breakfast area and she was so nice. She checked in and asked how our breakfast was and we had a nice conversation about where we were from, where she grew up, etc. She was so genuine and caring. Hotel was super quiet during our stay.

The hotel was overall fairly clean, except that the coffee table in our room was dirty with food residue and the corners of the laminate were peeling. The carpets in the room also had what seemed to be the same food residue. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast, everything was good and refreshed often. The pool area was well maintained, however, it was quite busy and very crowded most of the time. I would stay again, but maybe for more of a family getaway and not a couples weekend.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent memory. Friendly staff great location right off I-29. The rooms were updated and modern. Wired internet in the rooms and Wi-Fi and also larger than typical TVs in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Coffee was one of the better Hotel coffees I've had in quite some time.

It is always clean and staff are so nice. For continental breakfast the juice machine was not working and they had the milk locked up so there was only coffee which I don’t drink!!!!

Pool area was great. A few more seating options would be great in pool area and for breakfast. Parking lot was overfull, had to make a spot work.
