The service was excellent, the receptionist both night and day were super helpful. The room was huge and two double beds. Only 2 blocks from the Chinese Theatre and lots of restaurants and bars

Good hotel

The room was awesome for the price. New flooring thorougout the room and a really nice stone floored shower. The cleanliness of the room was top notch and the staff were all polite, courteous and friendly. Great breakfast served from 7-10am with multiple differnt things to eat.

Not worth the pay My room had roaches - Multiple It has roachesssssssssssssss And I only received a $50 refund even though we did not stay in the hotel

This stay in LA was right out of a movie… a horror movie. My family and I traveled from out of state to attend Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios for 2 of my kids birthdays. We were less than impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room upon arrival as we found the AC unit in the “main bed” portion (we had a family room) didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and what I can only describe as the last stayers blood smeared over the walls. After dropping off our things and going to Universal (until 1:30 am) we came back only to be told by Hotel security that there was no more parking and we’d have to park down the street 1/2 block away. Active drug deals were happening and we were in a vehicle with out of state plates. This is not a place for anyone, let alone a family to park. We left asap and luckily had family to stay with 2 hours north. The hotel refused to refund or even partially refund a $400 nights stay. This place is a literal nightmare!

The location was good but the area not very nice and kind of loud. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable, just a little humidity. Breakfast was okay but the place very small for everyone. We had to wait a couple of times.

Considering the price of accommodation in the Hollywood area , this place is certainly value for money, stayed 2 nights after flying in from Australia enroute to Las Vegas, rooms were clean and well presented, kids enjoyed the pool area, eith easy walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame , overall I’d give it a 10/10

We travel very often and I never put reviews. But people need to know not to book here. For starters upon entering room it was hot. I turned air all the way down and room never cooled off. Room was dirty. On the floor found a ball of unusual hair. Not enough pillows for 6 people booked in room. There was a strange man hanging around the pool and he told us he has been staying there months. The shower was cold water and never warmed up. No coffee cups in room to make coffee. We didn’t check out breakfast and left asap to next destination. I paid $473 for one night and feel ripped off. Makes me question doing any more business with Expedia. Also, our main reason to stay was to walk to walk of fame that was pretty close. At 5pm in broad day light we were not comfortable walking due to the people on the streets. Seemed mostly homeless. We had no idea this area was so bad. My advice is to avoid it. We wasted a day of our trip in a horrible room in a not safe feeling place or area. We even drove by walk of fame at 7am and the homeless people on the side walk was unbelievable. Didn’t feel safe to get out.
