The people at the hotel are wonderful. The place is clean. The bathroom is very clean. It’s the perfect place to stay. It has a beautiful pool, but the people make it very welcoming.

I was supposed to stay at Naples Garden Inn on a trip to south Florida. However, due to the Crowd strike issue that hit Microsoft Systems of multiple industries/companies my flight to Florida was cancelled. I submitted the request for a cancellation through Expedia and the support team attempted to work with Naples Garden Inn to reimburse me for the stay that never occurred. Naples Garden Inn refused Expedia's and my request for reimbursement.

FYI- poolside means “pool accessible” as I was told by the young lady at front desk, we couldn’t even see the pool from our room. Overall clean and comfortable room, A/C was not great but ok. Breakfast was not worth mentioning but there is a great donut place in the next complex! My best advice take a ride share to the beach!! The beach is close with lots of public access spots but parking is a nightmare making ride share with it!

Our stay was to visit with friends living in the mobile home park next to the Garden Inn. We have stayed numerous times. Our room was clean and on the ground level which was very helpful for my spouse. There is nothing negative to report.

The worst service offered in town not only the hotel conditions are deplorable but the front desk staff are so unresponsive and mindful that they better close out the place!

Definitely in need of upgrades, air conditioner turns off when sleeping and it gets hot and frig is on floor. Breakfast was nice being by the pool but no fruit and just a lot of starches and boiled eggs. It was cleaned, but there is no phone in room to call if there are issues such as needing towels. We had to locate the number on-line which is no easy tasks with all of these online booking sites. The phone number should be located in the room at least. Would not recommend staying there.

If you’re traveling alone in need of a friend there is plenty of roaches to keep you company. We probably squished 8-10 in the span of 2 hours. The water pressure is low and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way.

Overall adequate. As others have said, dated decor but room was comfortable. Nice pool area. Breakfast lacked protein items. Room did not have any Kleenex in it.
We came back to our room midday hot and sweaty needing to take a fast shower before our next event, only to find the water turned off for emergency repairs. No notification was made, and when I asked at the front desk whether they had some other place to take a shower, the clerk said no. I had to go find the manager who thankfully did provide us with another place to shower. Some training of personnel in emergency contingency plans and better customer service is clearly needed.
