Comfortable stay. I had to park & carry my bags upstairs to a main entrance then walk down a hallway to my room. This required several trips & much effort. The room was nice with a fridge. No HD TV channels with many channels unavailable. Breakfast room was small without much selection. I took my choices to the room. Water dripped from the ceiling when I turned the shower on which was odd. In fairness, I liked the spacious room & the desk

So close to the dock, only 2 minutes to get to meet the charter guy for our fishing trip.
Bathroom looks brand new which is very nice.
Room space feels a lot smaller than the pictures.
Cleanliness is good but there is still strong old-building odour.

We got the suite designated for pets as we were travelling with 2 small dogs. The room we got was tucked away under neath the stairs which the door way was a bit dark and the room had a smell that’s mixed with dogs and cleaning solutions. The only window in the room was facing back street and ground level. There were gaps on each side of the curtains when it’s closed so that people and peek through and see the inside. The bedding had stains but the bathroom was clean and looked newly renovated. The sushi restaurant attached to the inn was good tho.

Great location for the Comox airport. Incredible Sushi Restaurant attached... But looked and smelled like a 90s dormitory. They've started renovations but still along way to go. Some very noisy people above us partied until 3 AM. Making it hard to sleep.
But what do you expect for 150$/Night.

The location was ideal for our visit to Comox and the Filberg Festival!
The staff were SUPER welcoming and helpful, the bedding was lovely, the bathroom/water pressure were great, and the Continental breakfast was more than expected.
Although the units were clean, they need a bit of a refresh: new flooring (it has carpet) would really make a difference. The screen door in our unit had a large hole, and we were concerned that bugs would come in if we didn’t also close the door.
The air conditioning was very effective and much appreciated.
Despite the few negatives, the motel met our needs. We’d definitely return to the Inn again!

The freezer had a layer of water that had frozen . And was not cold enough to keep anything cold . Duvet was dirty around the edges just been turned to avoid being seen . For the price we paid I would have expected room service but for two night was not a problem. The utensils were good but only 1 china mug . 1 packet of coffee and one tea bag . And 3 paper cups .Yes we could go and ask for More but for $200 night we shouldn't have to if they know there would be no service.

The outdoor pool was great, along with the absolutely fantastic onsite Japanese restaurant - the sushi was so fresh and delicious. The continental breakfast was perfect, and the rooms comfortable. Great family friendly spot!
