The suite was perfect, king size bed, complete kitchen, laundry, balcony with a view.

the rooms were mediocre at best and the air conditioning kept kicking in and off all night which was incredibly loud and disturbing. the furniture was large in the small room and awkward. the front desk person didn’t inform us we were in the other building until AFTER my husband unpacked all our bags for our family of 4 into a trolley.

Extremely clean room, friendly and early check in, hot tub and pool were great!

The walk across the car park to the pool, would be nice to have complimentary slippers provided OR an email prior to checkin suggesting to bring flip flops or similar.

The one bedroom suite with kitchen is spacious and so comfortable! Everything is close by and the spa services are very professional.

was very disappointed I booked my room but when we arrived the only room available was a handicap room with no tub. I said to employee I did not book a handicap room and was told I could up grade for 100 bucks. we could not afford that and took room, as we were stranded due to no ferries which the hotel was aware of. there was not even proper heat in bathroom was horrible, so disappointed in the old house
