Very expensive

This hotel has a in-room loud fan in all rooms that can not be turned off, this to me was a completely insane idea. I am not the best sleeper by any count, but to be presented with a non-optional noise in the room is bonkers! I am certainly not going to go back to this hotel, but just for this reason, everything else is really great so if you dont mind a noisy fan in the room this might be a great option!

The pool was a little on the cold side but the grandchildren still loved it and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great room.Delicious breakfast. It looks like a very new hotel. There are many places in the hotel that require room cards to access, including the swimming pool, gym, elevators, and side entrances. The room will also require the room card to be kept in the room to use the power in the room. But for us with four adults staying, it was really inconvenient to only get two room cards. If two people want to go to the swimming pool, one person wants to go to the gym, and the other person wants to stay in the room, they need to coordinate their use with each other. Not to mention wanting to go downstairs separately during breakfast time. This is the only place that I feel is not very convenient. It is recommended that when checking in, you can ask if you need to provide the corresponding number of room cards according to the number of adults in the room. There will be plenty of pillows and quilts in the suite. The hotel also has many charging stations.

Well kept. Pleasant stay

Stunningly hotel! So beautiful inside, staff is wonderful. Great dining options inside with a bar. Park right across the street and 2 blocks to the mall. Highly recommended

The hotel was clean, convenient and had cool features like an energy saving system that required guests to enter their key card for electricity. The breakfast was good, however they ran out of items a half hour before end time. Another small critique, is that there could be improvements in their sustainability practices. No compost at breakfast and lots of single use plastics. I would have preferred more reusable cups and glasses. More natural bath products would be a bonus. Overall- the pool was amazing, gym was great, rooms were modern and clean and hospitality was fantastic.

Overall we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, however it was quite pricey for one night.

Would stay again

Lots of parking and very clean. The room was lovely, nice floors and bathroom. They had a tasty continental breakfast in the morning. Will find a reason to come back up soon!

Nice and quiet.

Nice new hotel option in Courtenay/Comox. Easy drive to airport. Despite being just off busy roadway, surprisingly quiet.

The property is new, modern, immaculately clean, and staff is forthcoming. Our room was really large, even advertised as suite. There was large breakfast selection.

Clean property, spacious rooms, nice and firm beds, firm and soft pillows, complimentary breakfast with hot food items, and EV charging stations are what we liked best about the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Courtenay Comox. We enjoyed our stay!
