Ideal overnight stay in Logrono.

The property is clean and feels new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great, beyond my expectations. Down side, parking is extremely tight but great to keep car parked in safe location. About the room, a little small for my taste but McLean and comfortable beds. The a/c control was an issue being that I like to keep my room cool and has no individual controls. Therefore the hotel controls the a/c and was forced with a heater. When I contacted the staff about this, they suggested that I open the windows which I don’t like to sleep while hearing the noise from the outside and thinking that a roach or rat can crawl in through the window. I was shocked that being an American chain they don’t have individual a/c controls. About the location, centrally located , just. A few minutes away from Calle Laurel and many popular landmarks.

Our stay in the AC Hotel in Logroño was very enjoyable. The room was excellent, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff service was very good. We will be staying again.

Extremely well appointed and clean hotel with staff that really care about your stay. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms are supplemented by good safe parking and great service (take your time in the car park - it’s underground but perfectly usable).

Nice property very clean 20 minutes walking from the old city

This place was nice. The property looked a little run down on the outside, but inside was nice. Didn't have any problems. Outside parking was full so I had to use the inside parking underneath the building, for a fee. Took a few minutes to find the building because there isn't a very clear sign in front.

Our room was modern, clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious with toilet, bidet, twin basins and a bath/shower with lots of hot water. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Comfortable rooms with good bed and shower. About 15 minute walk to Tapas streets. Decent gym facilities but you need to pre book (no problem getting a slot). We paid for parking but you can park on the street outside for free I think. Breakfast was ok but was a served buffet (I assume due to covid) so staff were stressed as there were a lot of people waiting. I would have preferred to have breakfast out.

Quiet clean room a convenient 5 minutes from old town Logrono with best pinchos street Cal Laurel in Rioja/better than San Sebastien/Haro by far. Limited free parking which was available for us. Entrance to hotel inconvenient and only used the hotel to sleep and enjoyed comfortable beds in a quiet part of town only a short ride to the heart of the action. Staff helpful with directions, polite and pleasant to deal with fluent in English which was a plus. No issues with our stay.

We stayed 2 nights at the property, in which time we encountered 3 other guests - other than that, the hotel was a ghost town. This might sound appealing to some, but it was almost too quiet - there was no atmosphere. The hotel is in an inconvenient location to the famous Pintxos lanes of Logroño, and otherwise surrounded by suburban or carpark areas. There was often noise outside during the early hours of the morning. The rooms and hotel are becoming outdated. The gym had old and broken equipment. To the credit of staff, they were friendly and helpful - but there was not much else going for the property.

Everything was good. Check in lady was great-explained about free parking around the hotel which saved us some money. Gym was small but new and clean. Just a short walk into town and I like being in a quieter area . Would have liked a coffee maker in the room but overall a great stay. My only complaint is I left some items and it has been impossible to get a hold of the hotel by email. I do not have a phone and am not sure why they won’t provide an email address?

Overall happy with hotel and breakfast but one evening my air conditioning wasn’t working and that made for an uncomfortable night.
