The room was ok but the couch was very old and needed replaceing i couldn't sit on it i used the chairs.

Our only problems (and these are minor) were that there was no info in the room about the facilities on offer (such as the swimming pool or dining room) and we weren't given any info on check in. There were no plates, bowls or cutlery which is perhaps a first for us (there were coffee cups and spoons). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The door to the bathroom didn't close properly which could be an issue for smoke alarms. We'd stay there again.

Took a 100.00 room deposit from my account. No preauthorization. Charged the full amount. Stated I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Lots of places either don’t charge or do only a preauthorization that drops off in a day or two. Additionally, the gym smells awful with worn out or broken equipment. The spa is so overloaded with chlorine as to be unusable.

I stayed in one of the apartments with balcony. It was very large and spacious.
The windows had block out blinds and considering the property is on a main road, it was very peaceful inside.
I would stay there again if the need arises.

****BEWARE***Booked for Mother’s Day here walked into the room my kids and I Couldn’t breathe from the strong smoke/tabacco/secondhand smoke smell and everything was very dirty so we left straight away and had to look last minute for accomodation elsewhere. Manager said they would refund the money for the stay and she has lied no money has been returned.

We've stayed in the Apartments twice before and they are always very clean and conformable.

First apartment smelt like revolting of fish sauce and dirty mop, dishes were dirty no blockout blind in bedroom overall room was awful sheets pillowcases and bedding were yellow bathroom was mouldy and air-conditioning had black mould. Asked to be moved new apartment was better but not by much sheets and linen still yellow fold out bed was lumpy and again had yellow sheets. Had a random questionable person look over our fence a couple of times looking for her "handbag"that did not make me feel safe to leave my apartment especially no where to lock up belongings

Staff were very helpful and extremely friendly facilities need to be upgraded and cleaned and made to reflect the photos they use to advertise the Tudor apartments.
