The wifi connection seemed to go and come frequently. Our devices would loose connection would have to be restarted every day.

The climate control was not working so we called the front desk. They arrived shortly and fixed the problem. Then the TV was not working so we called again. The TV was fixed after awhile.

Due to a family emergency, I stayed one night last minute reservation.The queen bed in room 102 was not very comfortable although it was very clean. The best part was its at the end of a hallway next to exit and personal parking spot.The shower had cobwebs hanging down and I found a bobby pin on the bathroom floor not mine.The TV,fridge,microwave, coffee pot and WIFI worked well,but I had to wipe down most switches from dust. Overall, morning breakfast was good and basic from 6-9am (fruits, toast, cereal,waffles,yogurt,juice, coffee). Wasnt able to use hot tub due to a boys sports event and it was crowded and it was not the most quiet hallway since my room was near pool. Not sure if I will return as I had higher expectations for $250.

This hotel was nice and comfortable. It wasn't new or fancy, but well maintained. It was conveniently located near M10, and there were several dinning options within just a few miles. Some even within walking distance. Breakfast was quite limited, but everything we tried was fresh and good quality. Pool and hot tub were fitting of the hotel...nice, comfortable, well maintained, but not new or fancy. We enjoyed using them both nights of our stay, as well as the patio area outside the pool room. It was pretty basic as well, but clean tables and chairs with umbrellas, and with a privacy fence surrounding. We had no complaints about our stay. But a few things i think they could improve on to step up the overall stay would be the vending/ice machines (options were VERY limited), and the options at breakfast. If I ever have the need to stay in the Midland area in the future I would definitely stay again!

The room was small and contained basic amenities, but it was very clean! I would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion would be that more gluten free options be provided for breakfast.

The patio doors in the pool area were all locked, and in the tracks were cobwebs and dead bugs. It seemed they had not been opened or even looked at in sometime. The patio had furniture that looked clean and in good shape, but there was no way to get outside to it. Our telephone receiver and cradle had some gooey liquid on both parts. That brought me to inspect the lamp base closer and the outlets were not clean. I used a wet washcloth to get the grime off from around the square plug-ins. It was obvious they had not been cleaned in sometime, perhaps only dusted, but not wiped and actually cleaned.

Breakfast was pathetic one gallon of milk shared by guest for cereal. Frozen cinnamon rolls

I loved walking in and seeing the set up in the lobby. The pool and hot tub looked clean and the water clear! I wished there was some type of meat at the breakfast. The bath towels were a little rough, but it was a nice stay.

The staff were very pleasant and our room was clean and functional. We had a very quiet night. That’s a big plus for me. I rated 4 stars because the breakfast could have been better.
