My husband and I checked in on Saturday for a getaway that we've been really excited about. We arrived at 1:30 for check in. We were given keys and headed to our room. When we got to our room, someone was in there and said, "this is our room, we just checked in." So we went back to the front desk and was told that there is no one in the room. I said - go check for yourself, someone was in there. They gave us another room. It had a shower in it. I booked a King with a hot tub IN THE ROOM. The picture on Expedia confirms this. When I went back for the third time now, she said, we only book you what we have available as you book thru third party. At this point, I am furious. She clearly gave our room away, then put us in a room with a shower. My husband has back issues and requested a tub for a reason. They ended up putting us in a third room which was a handicapped room. We ended up keeping the room because at this point, I've been to the desk at least 4 times within 30 minutes. We were heading out for the night and noticed that the room was not getting colder. My husband called before we left and requested someone to check it out. No one ever came to the room and it was hotter than it was when we left. At 2am, I called the desk again because there were kids jumping off the bed above us. Nothing was ever done. If I could give negative stars, I would. The front desk lady was new and confirmed she messed up. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sharing.

I thought that the lights in the living room area should have been brighter. Seemed quite dark to me.
I don't know if hotels don't think about this but I'm a cpap user and the machine needs to be as high or higher than your head. The side tables were to low and I had to stack some books in order to get the machine high enough.

Great staff. Very clean room and well coordinated color schemes throughout the property. Only negative is the poor makeup lighting above the vanity sink. Way too dark in this area. Otherwise, all ambiance (dimmers/timers) were very functional.

I was so disappointed with this stay. We were in town for my dad's memorial so we really just needed a smile and to be cared for while here. I prepaid because it cheaper and made it so I didn't need to worry about having the funds at check in. When we arrived I was told they would place a $20 a day hold on my card and it would be returned after we check out. This brought my bank account into the negative. And now I got charged not one but two overdrawn fees because of this. I asked about getting extra towels and was told oh you will have to bring down dirty towels first. It's me and my two daughters. Four towels are not enough for us. It was just not a good experience and I would not recommend your hotel at all.

1 - The couch was terribly uncomfortable!
2 - The Lobby bar is closed because "finding help since covid has been difficult". Please stop using covid as an excuse to provide a lower standard.

Greeted warmly as we checked in. When it was discovered that we had misread our confirmation, we were treated with helpfulness, a solution, cheerfulness and respect. Had a peaceful stay in a large welcoming clean room.

Great stay; only issue was room temperature. It hovered around 74. Tried to lower it to 68, but it immediately jumped back up. Staff tried to fix as well without success. Not a huge issue and as it was over Xmas, staff was limited. Will definitely return.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s never disappointed. The staff are friendly when greeted and the hotel and rooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again.
