Love staying at this holiday inn, great location. The bar and restaurant downstairs has AMAZING food and drinks. Also has a gym and pool and it’s in a great location! I stay here a lot!

Good clean hotel, friendly staff, everything we needed for an overnight. But the best part is the indoor/outdoor hot tub. There is nothing better than coming back to the room after a long day of family visiting. Keep up the good work!

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was very clean, quiet and safe. The amenities are fun. The room was very comfortable, the bed was comfy and clean and the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay here, highly recommend, especially for families w kids.

We stay here all the time for a little weekend getaway. It’s low key and friendly, very convenient to downtown (around 8 minute drive away) and also surrounded by shopping and chain restaurants which is convenient.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. It probably should only be a buffett. The customer service was good and friendly.

We always enjoy staying here. Very clean property, comfortable beds, and convenient location. The staff at the attached restaurant, Big E’s, could benefit from customer service training, but the hotel staff was all great.

I absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, beds and breakfast. They were all worth every penny. For breakfast you get to choose between menu item or buffet. That was nice! Pool was much bigger than most hotels. Hot tub was biggest I've seen. Halls were quiet at night. Employees were friendly. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

Could not be more satisfied with our stay. 1) staff was absolutely fantastic, thoughtful and helpful. We asked for a change of rooms, and they came up to us with the new key and help us to the new room with our child. Check in and check out was quick. Staff was always helpful and enthusiastic with any question we had. The hotel itself is older (like the carpet) with other older amenities, the on-site restaurant doesn’t fit the overall ambience of the hotel. Again the staff deserve more credit. Pool is a pleasant area.

Lovely pool and kid space. Traveled with kids travel team and they had a blast.
Loved having food right at the pool.
Only small complaint the halls did not smell good.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly.
The only complaint was the shower. Floor was very slippery, especially when soapy. No grab bars, so you better brace yourself with your hand against the wall while turning around, slowly. A lawsuit waiting to happen, for adults or kids.

We will never stay here again. The rooms were clean but amenities were not accessible and the staff was very rude. Instead of making the amenities available to us they asked us to leave.
