The apartment was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help. Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments. The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.

This place is literally disintegrating. Our room had many parts made from particle board. It had clearly gotten wet and was just falling apart. The layout was nice and the idea is sound but the condition is shotty at best. The condition would have been disappointing at any price. Of course, being in Paris, the price is high and the value is in the location, not the room. Having said that, the hotel doesn't have much to recommend it. If you are in a pinch, Iike we were, then it will be fine. If you are expecting anything other than disappointment then keep looking.

I stayed at the apartments for a business trip. The first night I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep but couldn't work out why. By the second night I realised that the bed was covered in bed bugs! I have been bitten all over my body which is very uncomfortable. I spoke to the man on reception and he couldn't care less about the situation. I am furious with the customer service. Avoid this hotel!!

I first want to thank the staff at the front desk who checked me in EARLY. I had flown into Paris from Austin Texas to Atlanta Georgia. In other words I had traveling for well over 16 hours at arrived at the hotel at 5 am needing a shower and a chance to change into my work clothes for my work day that started in 2 hours. The hotel checked me without hesitation or a charge. This really made a difference in my stay!

Condition of some parts could be better. Toilet needed updating as did bathroom. Bath panel was broken and randomly a screwdriver was left on the towel rail. Perhaps in case it fell off. Vanity unit was in poor condition. Otherwise a good sized apartment. Had all we needed. Good value in an expensive city.

Nice apartment. Better than photos. Parking under the hotel. 10 min walk to the metro station. They do not clean the apartment every day like a hotel. Spacious.If you are driving, drive very slowly when you get there, the sign of the hotel is small that I missed it the first time, even though the hotel has a large place to park in front of it.

Pros: friendly staff, proximity to public transportation, small buffet breakfast, good water pressure, small kitchen. Cons: front door not clearly marked (it’s not on the street, it’s through the parking area), no air conditioning or fans, shower handle was broken, black mold in WC, broken and leaking toilet, breakfast overpriced.

Much Mold in the bathroom. Only a 15" TV. Unfriendly Staff. After my stay i still got a invoice for Breakfast, although i never had Breakfast. I am travelling very often, but I never had so much troubles with a hotel. Bad, very Bad

I was totally disappointed in this hotel. The room was incredibly warm, rooms around us people were smoking. It just had sheet rock in an are - no paint. It all was very old and dingy. Very uncomfortable pillows and bed. I would not recommend nor would I stay there again. The only thing nice was the neighborhood around the block.

Location is excellent Hotel and rooms are clean when you first get in, but they don't offer cleaning unless you stay 8 days or more or you pay for the cleaning. However, even when I stayed 8 days the promised to send some one to clean the apartment on the seventh day but they never did. Also both telephone machine and safe-box were not operating and I had to report them several times to send someone to fix them. But -otherwise- everything else was very good and I am quite satisfied as overall stay. I would go again to the same hotel when I go to Paris next time and I recommend it for couples and/or small family.

Property is about an hours walk to Paris city centre. All but one staff member was polite and friendly. Can’t believe you have to pay per day for housekeeping. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable wasn’t even pulled out . I would not stay here again .

NO AIR only window. Asked front desk for fans NO FANS either. Also one 19 inch tv which is glue to table so and can't turn it if you're in the bedroom. Well you have to move the table. Overall bed was comfortable.

The apartment which is in District 15 is very convenient for traveling around Paris. The apartment was clean, staffs were friendly. We loved the kitchen. However, the apartment is a bit old. The kitchen smelled (from the sink?). The towels were worn out, a couple of them were torn. TV is tiny. There was no AC in the hot summer days.

This was a cozy and modern hotel. Since we got a room on a high floor, we had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The location was not bad either. Would recommend this place!
