We had vwry comfortable beds but the carpeting was old and muaty smelling. The hotel was a little outdated. Cleaning carts were left in the hallways just about every day and stayed there for most od the day. I was very surprised this hotel was not top notch.

We stopped here to take a break half way to Florida and it was so easy to get of 95 get everyone up and going again and hit the road.

This property could use a minor update to the grounds and elevator. However, my room was clean, and the staff on-site was a joy to talk to.

The front desk clerk was lovely but completely over her head with no help as hoards of families tried to check in. We waited 30 minutes for our room, and when we got there, the fridge didn’t work.

Long wait to check in - 20mins. Then waited another 20 mins to purchase some drinks a short time later. Worker at reception was very friendly & apologised for the wait, definitely could have benefited from another member of staff to help as she was very busy with hotel guests & the phone constantly ringing. Room was for 3 people but sofa bed not made up, didn’t want to wait at reception again to ask for assistance so we used the sheets from the closet & made a bed up. Breakfast was good, egg&cheese muffins, sausages, scrambled egg nice options in addition to usual continental choices.

Someone kept going out into the fire exit to smoke cigs. Made the whole floor smell

I stayed here for three nights while I was in town for a tennis tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room I had was decent and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel itself was dirty and there was trash in the elevators and in the hallway. There was a piece of trash in front of the room next to mine all three nights I was there. Also, a big pile of dirty laundry was left in the hall overnight. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade and better taken care of. I know they have a vacuum because I saw them using it in the breakfast area.

I have stayed in other Springhill Suites in the past and they have been nice. This one leaves a lot to be desired. The carpet in the room looked like someone had burned holes in it. The shower has shampoo bottles attached to the wall right in the center so you constantly hit them while showering. The front desk staff must have been new. Every time we had a question she had to find someone else to get an answer.

My visit was for business purpose, so it was going to be short. The counter lady was having some trouble with another guest but hostess was calm and well mattered, eventhough the guest was yelling at her and calling for manager. I felt the young lady handled herself with respect and dignity. Im so grateful eventhough my room was changed she treated me with repect and patience. I thank her for my time there.

I like the room setup, the building is old and could use some renovation.

First room was unlocked and open. It also smelled like an ashtray (in a non-smoking property). Had to go back to the front desk from the third floor to get a different room. New room down the hall was at least locked up and didn't smell like cigarettes. Issues: crushed cockroaches on the walls, heavy marijuana smoke in the hall, stain on the wall that looked like blood (might have been barbeque sauce), dated bathroom (stained tub and toilet seat), no hand soap at the sink, tub was very slow draining (up to my ankles when showering), filthy glasses, and a massive noisy party on the terrace below our window with young children running through the parking lot screaming. Not well managed though the one desk clerk/ manager apologized and gave us points was nice. When i told her about the Marijuana smoke she said 'yeah they're on the 4th floor'. So you knew and didn't do anything? Won't stay here again though we've had prior pleasant visits a couple of years ago but it has gone very downhill.

room was spacious. the property could use some sprucing up. the carpet in the elevator was filthy. overall the experience was good. especially quiet except for the room a/c which was very noisy.

Rooms need some updating. Mattress was stained, microwave half way worked, no vending.

There are 2 kinds of SpringHill Suites, the kind that are FULLY renovated including new bathrooms, and the kind that have new furnishings (bed, couch, carpet) but still have disgusting bathrooms and outdated sink areas and old air conditioning. This is the second type. The beds are comfortable and the experience was fine, but it was a partial update overall and is not the kind of SpringHill Suites you ideally want to see. 6/10.

Had my doubts when I arrived at front desk to check in.2 staff.Told to wait repeatedly while 2nd staff member stood by.Long day of travel just wanted to get to my room! Once checked in room was very clean and spacious.Bed/pillows very comfortable.Loved the vanity being outside tub /toilet area.Breakfast was great.Very clean and staff attentive.

It was just what we needed as a halfway point on our drive back from Florida.

There were bulldozers and dump trucks running all night next door. No sure why hotel put $20 on my card when I checked in for incidentals when I just checked in and did not have any.

I never stayed. The hotel showed as pet friendly when I booked but I noticed several hours before arrival it was not and called to cancel. Too late! I was refunded a partial payment. Disappointing.

Everything was okay, but soon as we enter to the door is a plate in the microwave that been there for 2 months, smells really bad, besides that, we sleep okay.

The room was comfortable and clean. In the first room we were given the refrigerator did not work. The receptionist changed us to another room where the refrigerator worked in this room. The doors to the closet were missing. Otherwise, the stay was pleasurable. There was also easy access to the veterans memorial that is located directly behind the hotel.

Stay was nice. Front desk friendly and accommodating. Hotel needs a little upgrading however..

No rooms available, but booked me regardless and didn’t even give me a refund or anything definitely don’t recommend

This hotel was a good choice, to spend one night, on the way to Florida.
