Great hotel. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Good breakfast. If I had any complaint, it would be that I would like to see heavier drapes on the bedroom windows. What is there is ok, but I am used to sleeping in a dark room.

When we checked in, we were NOT told that the hot tub was out of order. I expect when I travel, that I will get to unwind from traveling and get to soak ib a hot tub. The pool was cold.

The room was comfortable, and shining clean. The breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls. We also had the choice of sausage, omlets, fried potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and more.
The location made a quick and easy drive to the 17th street restaurant area.
The hotel gave us a recommendation, and Sanfords Grub and Pub located there was excellent. This was a great stay.

Overall the accomodations were great for what our family needed. The staff of the Watiki water park entrance/arcade were excellent and helpful and very attentive. They definitely helped make the trip more fun for everyone. The breakfast staff were also great. The staff at the Sliders restaurant however could use some assistance in understanding better service. We ordered food and for some reason, they couldn't figure out who to take it to. So after an hour wait, I went to them and they hadn't even bothered calling the phone number associated with the order to figure it out and even after I clarified with them where the order was supposed to be delivered, they forgot to bring any of our beverages.

Spacious, clean, modern room with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and a nice shower/tub with high water pressure flow; easily the best stay on our long western states vacation. Wide, well lit hallways and convenient parking close to our 1st floor room. Continental breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!

Stay was a great stay. Shower loaked in on the carpet through wall. I reported it and they turned in a maintenance ticket.

The main reason for staying at this hotel was for the hot continental breakfast and the pool / I called the week before my arrival to confirm my reservation and was never advised that the hotel was undergoing renovations so if my five day, 2 days we were only offered cold items, prepackaged muffins, etc for breakfast so we ended up spending $ for two days of breakfast out and the pool was closed the entire time

The property was under construction and it was not noted anywhere when I made the reservations or before I arrived at the hotel. They stated they had a continental breakfast, but due to the construction they did not provide any food as was promised on their site. My father also stayed at the same hotel and was also not notified when he made the reservation or before he arrived. The staff on site were friendly. Also the first room I was offered was not clean so we were allowed to move to another room.

I decided to make Holiday Inn as my default hotel, and have had success mostly. This particular one was old and only USB connection the walls in the bath showed signs of water damage, and the hot was little present.

Our stay here was wonderful. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and clean. They had probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Very pleased overall.

The room was OK but becoming rundown. Not our usual IHG experience. Nail sticking out between carpet and tile that we covered with a towel. Had to ask for extra tissues and toilet paper the first day, the AC kept running no matter the thermostat, so we had to shut it off. The fridge didn’t keep sodas very cold at all, and the freezer was iced shut. We had to call the front desk to help us get the TV working. However, the front desk staff was amazing and helpful during our stay, the common areas were clean, and the pool was very nice and fun. Overall a good stay, but not the best room this time.

Reliable and predictable - Holiday Inn. Full breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. Only nearby restaurant is Outback Steakhouse, so if you want something else, it’s a short drive to historic downtown with lots of choices.
