Ive stayed at quite a few Motel 6 locations and they are usually great. Here, the room was very run down. The bed was really uncomfortable. I won't go back.

My check-in was good. "CiCi was very nice and even upgraded me to a room with AC because the original was room:s AC was out. However, over my 4 night stay, I slowly discovered that the room could have been cleaned better. If I do return for another, I will hope to get a cleaner.

The lady (on 8/24 @ 5pm) at the front counter was great! Room didn’t smell quiet non smoking, sheet seemed stained

The room condition was a 1/10 bed sheets where stained also the floor looked dirty was a 1/10 the tv and lights worked good as expected.

U can see where the door frame was kicked in. It was popped out and u can see outside the door, my son room. Someone was on his ps4 when we was gone. And there was writing in the shower above the shower head. Flooring was bad. U can feel where its damaged under the wood flooring. In alot of places. Its sad when i had to put things infront of the door because i felt unsafe there. Plz fix ur rooms and property. Bad parking spaces.

Hair on bathroom floor, sink was backed up with little hairs everywhere and when guests above us showered, the ceiling leaked…. Through the light fixture cover!!

Day 1I walked into a messy room #238. Looks like people were still staying in it. Room #253 was provided; but, mattress was very bad. It felt I slept on uneven ground; gave me bad back aches. The next night came in and the room was not cleaned and towels not replaced. I had to go and get the towels from front desk.

The table is tilting. The mattress is too old. The AC/ heater system needs to be fixed. The cleaning service did not clean my room. The wet towel did not replace with new one. We were locked out on the second night (I reserved a room for 3 night). We will not go this motel anymore permanently.

Didn’t stay after arguing the lack of honor he had. After 18 hour shift and loosing my ID he suggested that I could cancel and put it under my partner which was great until he raised the price up from $150 to $190. I left and so should you.

Water condensation from the A/C ducts in the ceiling formed a puddle on the floor but the staff was able to quickly switch me to another unit and then followed up with me to ensure all was okay

We booked and paid online and we were there maybe 30 min and just left turned in the keys and honestly I didn’t even care to try to get a refund I was just over it and I guess the saying you get what you pay for is right

I would like a refund they did nothing to see about the ac our room was muggy n smell honestly I won’t be going to that mote6 ever u truly think I deserve my refund back !!!

The service was as expected for a budget hotel. The rooms, despite being nonsmoking, REEKED of smoke. The blankets are thin and have holes in them, and if the light is on the AC is basically worthless even on the highest setting.

Place is a dump and not nice, cleaning is a joke and I found leftover socks in the bathroom. Also there was an antfarm behind the bed . Staff was ok though
