My main issue was the smell of the sheets. Need dryer sheets . Smelled like burnibg engine. Had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise the stay was great.

Aaron was the night front desk guy was extremely rude and not cooperative. I don’t recommend this place at all. Super dusty and smelled bad.

Arrived and walked into lobby being assaulted by the worse 1980’s memory know to man, the cheap Renuzit air fresheners. Once given a room, we walked through a closed door and into a 90* hallway with the pungent smell of old cooked fish only distracting you from the stained carpets. In our first try as a room it smelled so bad of chlorine bleach we immediately walked out and back to the lobby. On request we were given another room. This one on the second floor was more of a pleasant walk with minimal smells. Our room showed a lack of effort put forth in a “modernization” when our floors were two different colors, trim not painted to match. Tv stand from garage sale? Handicap grab bar missing in shower. Outlet and cover didn’t match up and was a code violation in most states/ cities. Bathroom door… Uhg! The manager was pleasant but a bit confrontational and protective over our concerns and complaints. We stayed that night but had already cancelled the other two days stay. It was a shame because I believe she really was trying to modernize her hotel. Curb appeal is bad being an old parking lot and building. Whatever carpet we walked on showed stains and signs of age. Hallways were not included in the air conditioning so that didn’t help. Having experienced varying degrees of motels and hotels in over two dozen states and many cities, this was by far one of the worse I’ve seen in over 25 years. And all this for over $100!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean. The only negative was that the hallway was super noisy and the room next door had the tv on very loud all night and they was disturbing.

They lost my reservation.
Even after providing itinerary confirmation number they still couldnt find my reservation.
Every question i had was a "No" reply.
Even to use the bathroom was a "no".
The lack of courtesy to help find my reservation i made weeks in advanced and the denial to quickly use a bathroom (after a 700 mile drive), caused them to lose my 5 day stay.
I stayed down the street with better accommodations.

The property was fair in condition, about what I'd expect for a Super 8 near the freeway in Goodyear. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only real problem I had was the strong scent of marijuana that was wafting throughout the hallway outside my room. I didn't see anyone smoking in the building but somebody must have had a huge amount of really dank weed in their room. The smell was seeping into my bathroom too if I didn't leave the exhaust fan running. I don't know if there's much the staff or owner could do about it but that made me not want to bring my family there again.

We stayed here as an overnight as we passed through phoenix, arriving super late. The late evening staff was very friendly and helpful. We really loved the room, it was super clean and the art was lovely. Despite getting in late after a long drive, we slept really well in the beds and woke up refreshed. They have a small continental breakfast available and a Waflle House in the parking lot if you are looking for something more substantial.
