I've always felt great when I stay at motel 6 and Simi Valley because it is clean I don't see any little insects like cockroaches I've never seen a cockroach and I've been coming to this hotel since 1994 before that so I recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to stay out here and see me and find out what we have to offer the city but that's a good hotel to stay at ladies are nice everything's clean I recommend it

Motel 6 is great the staff is great everything is good the location is perfect the freeway right there places to eat grocery stores great place to stay if you ever go to Simi valley

The staff is exceptional

Beds were hard as a rock. TV had no reception. Smell of cigarette smoke coming in room possibly through air conditioner vent. Stairs coming up to second floor need repair. Almost slipped. No water pressure to speak of in the shower. Way over priced for what you get.

The motel was very clean, good staff. The motel is in a noisy area.

There was dog poop on the only stairway and I almost fell

Power/water outages first night and morning of stay. Inconvenience for first evening and morning.

We had problems with the shower for 2 days, the administration promised to give our money back for those 2 days all they wanted to give us was 5 dollars off which was ridiculous.

The shower was broken, the staff promised a refund all they give us was $5 off

It was really hard to give the property 5 stars today because even though the staff were really cool you had people arguing loud. The staff knew exactly who it was too because they said, "tell your brother and sister to turn it down."

Today was the first ok day because it seemed to be generally quiet and the staff were friendly

No generator. Power failure ruined our stay.

Very rememberable experience today with all the staff saying hello. I was shocked at how friendly the staff were trying to be. I think with some minor improvements, this hotel has an oppurtinity to go very far!

More knocking and banging on my hotel room door andnone of the staff can verify who it is

It is hard to give this property 5 stars because of the noise level. This property has cameras everywhere. I hear banging on my door, not just knocking and the agent tells me that nothing is going on. Hard to believe when the video footage that my go-pro picked up shows actual people knocking on my door and not just housekeeping. Added star because Esmerelda the manager at least aknowledged my concerns

The area outside of room was dirty.

Marijuana smell all over. Felt dirty and lacked quality. They didn’t clean the room between nights as we were out. There were no shampoo or conditioner.

People out side were noisy

Friendly receptionist and basic but comfortable room, the i ou downside was that you havto keep resigning up to get wifi every 20 mins, but overall a nice stay I had at this motel.

The front desk was friendly even if my check in was pretty late. The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable and mattress would slide around even i just sat at the edge of the bed

The ice maker didn’t work. There need to be a microwave in the rooms.

This place was so ghetto. I mean it looked and felt like I was in a house from Little Mexico. And then I wake up to loud music by their workers and them yelling and screaming at each other and laughing with each other it was very rude. It was just a horrible experience. The people at the front desk were actually nice but the rest of the staff is horrible the place needs to be revamped or just burnt to the ground. You should just go stay at motel 6 I mean it's a lot better than this place and that's saying a lot. I've never had such a bad experience or left such a bad review.

"NOT SANITATION" In the amenities indicates: housekeeping is included, which means it must be clean, but at front at check in the woman said they don't do housekeeping on a daily basis, even though I prefer not to be bothered with daily housekeeping, I expect at the time to chek in a room to be presentable and clean, since I made reservations one week in advance, but I was given an extremely dirty and smelly room with urine all over the floor, tried to used the towels to clean it but it wasn't enough, call the office, and the woman came and sprayed something to minimize the smell but didn't clean it and the floors became sticky, I had to used more towels to clean it myself, the bedding were not changed and were dirty with very visible body fluids, hairs and dirt, it was not the best experience; I understand it's not like a 5 stars hotel, but sanitation must be a requirement, for lodgings health and safety, at least at the time to chek in and never present a room with such unhealthy and unacceptable environment like it was the day I checked in, I had to tip the woman for coming in to sprayed, tip for bringing towels, tips for bringing clean sheets, but do it myself, then if I needed more towels or even toilet tissue, I had to come down stairs to the office to get it myself. It was a horrible situation, at first I didn't wanted to stay, but then, I thought I don't have enough money to check in another motel or a hotel, and I am in the middle of nowhere.

It was nice to be by the pool today and do some relaxing over do!!
