Staff was nice and room cleaned pretty good

I requested lower level they gave me 2nd floor. No coffee pot available. I wasn't aware that it's 25.00 per dog which Is the most I've ever paid for animals. Wasn't told the times or where to go for breakfast. They also didn't tell me I could only pay via credit card and they left the ladder, tape,screw driver they were repairing something and never cleaned up the mess. Pricey i think but I still would stay again

Having a kitchen was nice.

Table leg was broken and the room was very dusty. Curtains were poor quality and they only give you 30 minutes extra for late check out. Best western was maybe 20 dollar difference and a way better hotel to go to.

The facility needs updating, the beds were uncomfortable but I’ve had worse. The staff shared there was someone living there for 5 years.

the location was great. lots of business and food within a couple miles. close to freeway. full size refrigerator freezer was nice but not necessary.

The bed was extremely firm. pillows were also very firm. Bathroom sink backed up almost instantly. The Grab n Go breakfast, well, had a blueberry stale muffin but saved it with a granola bar and fair coffee.

The room was exceptionally clean. I stay in hotels a lot including many top rated 4 star+ hotels and the cleanliness of my room at Extended Stay exceeded most of the highly rated hotels. The room was a basic no frill design but every part of it was very clean! It was so comfortable!!
