I was looking for the least expensive place to stay in Helena and this was it. Everything worked, except the bathroom exhaust fan, which was missing. The shower was good. The room was acceptably clean, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The countertop had worn spots.

The room was dirty and in total disrepair. AC unit did not work. Outlets were broken. Door could not lock properly. A drug infested place. This place should be condemned as it might be a fire hazard.

The room was filthy and had cigarette burns everywhere. All of the outdoor garbage cans that surround the building smelled and were overflowing onto the ground. When we pulled back the covers to the bed we noticed crumbs on the sheets. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere.

Very ghetto and dirty. Property needs a good power washer; everything broken needs to be fixed. Carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a decade. Broken furniture should be repaired or replaced not taped.

run down motel and was quite dirty

Clean sheets and nice curtains. Very noisy and needs a lot of update to facilities.

The property was filthy. Trash everywhere and pet excrement filled the pet area which is a huge health hazard for dogs. My dog even found a dead bat on the ground under a tree which was even more disgusting. Also, their system screwed up my dates and the price of my stay which I booked through a 3rd party. That said, the staff was friendly and very customer oriented, coffee was always available and actually pretty good, and my room was comfortable and clean. Cynthia at the check-in desk was great to work with.

The breaker had been tripped or ? when we arrived so there was no a/c or lights. Did not get a lot of sleep because it was so hot and there was a loud noise in the room every once in awhile that sounded like old plumbing or something. All the outside garbage cans were overflowing

So scary. Drugs and weed around the property. Smoking inside the room. Broken window, broken door. So bad. Necer ever stay in such property in life.... We didnt even spend a minute im tje place. Quickly check out and run away from the place.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. “Safety” lock on door was broken. Found a large bag of trash under a bed. Giant hairballs on the floor. Felt very unsafe both for physical safety and health. I could not place the smell or smells that emitted from our room and the rest of the establishment. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This property is highly negligent. Upon check in, concerns were voiced about the glaring safety violations - missing outlet covers with exposed 120 voltage wires, bathroom exhaust fans that are missing their safety covers leaving the blades exposed, mysterious holes in the wall with unknown wires, and a door that lacked the ability to lock. These issues were brought up to the staff and I was told “nothing can be done”. I asked for additional bathroom towels and was told “house keeping does not work on the weekend”. I was declined an alternate room, the hotel staff checked me out early based on their own assumptions, and the owner of the building declined any responsibility for the condition of the room. Expedia also, in typical fashion, failed to help. Avoid, avoid, avoid if you value your life because this property does not. Feel free to do a web search of this property to see the photos for yourself and made an informed choice about your bookings.

We left after 15 min. And got our money back. The toilet was full of water, under the bed was patato chips and very dirty.

This place not clean dusty and bed bugs. Flies inside the room. We couldn’t stay because dust and bed sink in not firm as well under the bed dirty. No one clean

None of the channels were viewable through the static, room had a weird smell.

Worst room I have ever rented. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in. Holes in drywall, paint splattered on bathroom door. No soap of any kind supplied. Windows were stained, looked like they had not been cleaned in years.

This ABVI is near a collection of motels but still somewhat hidden. It is a former Motel 6. Friday night looked like party night with lots of people loitering outside of their rooms. I doubt that I would return.

Pig barn is cleaner and safer filthy room broken window bed bugs

It was a terrible night. The AC does not work. The room smelled of cigarettes. the towels were not clean. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The room was absolutely filthy and smelled horrible. I refused to stay and got my money back, although I had to persevere and had to call Expedia. There are permanent residents here, possibly homeless or special needs. It was very sketchy and unsafe feeling. The clerk tried to give me a different room (that had just been finished being cleaned) it was WORSE! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I wish I had taken pictures but it was disgusting.

Property needs lots of renovation

The lady at the front desk was jolly and friendly and got me checked in fast after 12 hours on the road that day.

When travelling, I look for hotels wit free breakfast as it saves money and is very convenient, especially if you have children. This hotel listed free breakfast but it was the worst I have ever seen on hotels.com. No hot food except for quaker state porridge packets (no milk or cream), no taost or bagels, no eggs, or breakfast meat, no breakfast burrito. The choices were 4 oranges ( n knife to cut it and none available at front desk), and a couple of sugar garbage pre packaged granola type cookies. I saw parents show up with kids and turn away with only coffee. I saw immigrant working men show up and refuse to eat any of it. There has to be some sort of standard when listing free breakfast and this failed absolutley. Very dishonest management

Not so good. TV wouldn't change any channels, Desk clerk was very helpful, but couldn't get any remote to change channels. No hand towels in the bath. Had to go to the front des to acquire. Tear and stain in the carpet. Trash bags on the sidewalks.
