Cameras not securing parking lots to cars

Only problem we had, was right across the street from train tracks.

The property is under "remodel" but they only gave it the landlord paint job. There is no phone service in the rooms. The homeless people keep trying to break back into the rooms they got kicked out of. Someone had their dog swimming in the pool when we were in there. We didn't have wifi for 5 days. The A/C was leaking inside the room, had to turn it off the rest of the day. PLUS, the night shift turns off the phone ringer and refuses to answer the phone. I stayed there for convenience and it became VERY inconvenient, very fast. This property has significantly gone down. If you can stay ANYWHERE ELSE, pls do.

Someone kept trying to open the adjacent room door and the manager just said, "we know them personally and they're okay".

The room was very clean spotless their cleaning crew is doing a great job 👏 over all everything was good would be better if they included shampoo and conditioner atleast small ones 😉 Had some trouble with my key but was resolved fast

Very bad experience

Full of Homeless people screaming all day . Police have to come every day multiple times the air conditioner not working properly. Very rude staff . A homeless knock my door at 2 :00 am looking for he’s friend . Please investigate this place before make any reservation

The place is take over by homeless the personal is very rude the air conditioner not working properly have a pool but is always duty. If you try to call and make a complaint to the main office they don’t care . Said can’t do anything about. Police came at least 3 times every day. We only been here for couple hours and my mirror get stolen. Please think twice before come to this crap

The room was quiet and the staff were helpful.

Television did not work nothing was done about it

We stayed here for 21 days and it seems like everyday they would turn the air conditioner off at 2:00 p.m. and not turn it back on till 8:00 p.m. and I would go to the office and they would say the air conditioner man's on his way and then for the last 5 days there has been no AC whatsoever and it's 120° out here

I got a room where the floor was dirty. Stains after some juice sorted out. In the room I could not leave medicine in the glacier because it was not, there was no microwave kitchen and koffee maker. I could not close the inside door for the night because the lock was broken. My sheets on the bed Were Not Change. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. We are pensioners 74 years old.I took pictures of deformed door, stains on the floor, and stains on the bedding

They made me wait two hours to give me the keys to my room at 8 pm because there was no electricity in the rooms. The heat was unbearable, the people who serve are very rude and ill-mannered.

Arrived at 2am and given an occupied room. Motel attendant was gone with a back in 15 minutes sign on the window. Had to go stay another hotel. Lots of late night activity going on at 2am that isn’t conducive to a good nights stay. Avoid at all costs.

We couldnt stay because the AC conditioner wasnt working, and the front desk gaves a cancelation notice so we could request a refund from expedia. The room seemed clean,

A very bad, dirty, and unclean place. It does not have the minimum living conditions, such as cleanliness, a refrigerator, or cleaning utensils. It is filled with homeless people, and the staff there is very rude.

The front office was kind and understanding that people need a happy face meet and greet the property is clean and free from homeless people but even the staff is still kind and understanding of there needs and wants most of these families became homeless front the covid failed to keep families in work shelter

Pets are welcome because pet are part of the family

First two days being there for 5 days was no air conditioning at all. Had to wait until the next day for them to fix it. The last few times I went to a motel 6 a staff member accused me of stealing because I was black!!! I’m going to sue Motel 6 unless they fix the issue at hand
