Tub had dust in it, carpet was very dirty (ground in by age and not cleaning), had roach appear on bed!

The relax inn is a nice place however they do not clean behind the headboards and I have found everything from drug paraphernalia to syringes I have not seen any bed bugs and it is peaceful however the cleanliness is horrible but I do recommend it if you're on a low budget you just need a night or two

Hotel room had 3 roaches and 1 spider that I saw. Unsanitary. I had to wash everything including tote bags to prevent these insects from transplanting to my home. I am concerned. I mentioned it to the front desk, and the clerk mumbled. Best I understood, he said yeah, we know.

Great place to stay for a good night sleep.
Rooms are average.
Provided TV station were above average, to me. I only watch for a bit after returned from a concert.
Parking is available, near room door, and well lite.
Easy access to interstate.
Shopping and dining are a short drive away.

There was writing on the walls and stains on the boxsprings. The bathroom door latch was completely broken. It was a double occupancy stay but we only had one bath towel. They don’t guarantee that the amenities work. The amenities are a microwave and a mini fridge. The bed is firm so my husband was comfortable, but I was not at all. We did feel safe in the room and there’s decent cable.

The condition was decent for the money. I would say a couple of things I would suggest to upgrade to make the experience better. Several of the outdoor lights are failing and flash almost like a strobe light and that is very annoying and could be bad for an epileptic prone person. In addition when I checked in it was as if I was bothering the front desk person to check in... When you are in the hospitality business, polite professional service is essential.

When you take your shower and the drain backs up and realize you are standing in someones semen you ask do i need to get a STD test.. this is not a joke shower didnt drain looked down saw nasty stuff got out of shower and when it finaly did drain it was obvious it was someones semen

Kind of a run down little dump. Worst in the area but cheapest as well. I booked on Expedia and the Indian guy at the front desk said I left a mess last time so he refused to give me a room or a refund. Was my little run down go to when I wanted to party in the area. No more though

It was convenient to were I needed to go. It was economical. Not updated, but clean. I was pleased and will return again, as I have business nearby about 4 times a year.

We stayed three nights, our first night we had a terrible and dirty room 414. We complained the next morning and he changed us to another room 111 which was clean and better.

Was in town for a funeral, couldn't afford a luxury hotel, so got one close to funeral home. Good prices. Bed was sagging in the middle, and I rolled into the sag. Not comfortable. My son found a small plastic bottle of lubricant under the bed. Curtains were off at the end, exposing a glimpse into the room. Pillows sucked.

Ceiling has brown spots everywhere. carpet, tub and chair has burn holes everywhere. Bathtub wouldn't drain and rug was soaked from air conditioner. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean.

I saw all these terrible reviews after booking. However, I'm not sure why. No bugs, room clean. Comfortable to chill in. Great for a budget. Definitely need to take a look at their Air conditioner in room 213. Took a VERY long time to cool the room down. Staff was great. Will definitely be booking again.

Fire detector won't stop beeping every 5 Second they should make sure they are all in aworking condition and housekeeping should spend a little bit more time cleaning my microwave was filthy
