Full marks to Ibis Styles reception staff who were efficient and friendly. Beautifully situated with magnificent view, we stayed twice for one night in the past two weeks. First time in a "spa" room and second in a room with balcony. The spa room was comfortable enough but very "tired", also noisy. Second room much better, very comfortable, but again needed some TLC in many areas. We would very much like to return, hopefully the standard will have improved (lots could be done very easily).

Very dated, nothing like the picture. Staff were helpful in arranging access as we arrived after hours. Cleanliness was ok, shower was very small and water pressure was awful. Our room was just outside the breakfast room and was very noisy. Car parking was limited, we needed to park on the street. Nowhere near enough car parks.

We had 2 Little dogs and were very impressed this motel was excellent
The dogs were very relaxed and quiet and the king bed was great and comfortable for myself and my partner

We picked this property at short notice for location & convenience.
The bed was extremely confortable and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating with a request we had. Hoping to return someday soon.

For the price this property was not bad easy parking outside walkable to the central district area close to the water. The gentleman at the reception was very professional and very friendly and very helpful which is the one of the most important things when arriving at accommodation properties. The building is an older building that has been taken over by ibis but overall I was happy with the room had everything I needed.

Good location, facade looked tired with faded Best Western sign still visible outside. Could do with some modernization, but overall a pleasant overnight stopover. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Good location. There is a power point to charge EVs (which is rare and therefore good) but there is only one parking spot to use it and it is not marked as such so petrol cars park there and there is no way to charge your EV..

If only the rooms were sound proof I would of enjoyed my stay. Noisy people in the room next to me at 1am kept me up all night followed by loud neighbours near by til 4am in the morning. Best to sleep with ear plugs if you want to stay here. Otherwise place was tidy and staff were approachable/friendly.

I arrived late at night had to climb 3 flights of stairs with bags only to find the card left for me didnt work. I then had to go back to the front entrance to collect a new card from the card safe. After a 6 hour delay in flights this was a poor start

Highly recommend!! Very helpful and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, unreal view of the beach and overall fantastic! Will definitely be visiting again 😊
