Amazing place good if you’re playing golf a bit rundown regarding the fitness area and also the pools

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with kids. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the food was delicious. However, the real highlight was the reception team. They went above and beyond to assist us with a few challenging issues, resolving everything with ease. Their friendly and professional service made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Pool area was smaller than we hoped and the addition of having something to entertain the children during the day and some adult entertainment during some evenings or at the weekend would be a great addition to the resort.
Great for those just wishing to chill and not move far for a short period.

My room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind (Sandro helped me get my luggage to my room and to car) and moved my daughter's family to a 2 level room with a kitchenette for my grandson. Grandson loved playing in the indoor pool. Only negative was breakfast food choices on line not really what Americans tend to choose, but nice presentation. And coffee machines never fill the cups, need to do twice. But really, A lovely hotel!

The staff were lovely, the hotel has beautiful views, it is peaceful and breakfast is lovely. You need a car unless you plan to relax on resort. There is a Lidl nearby for necessities and it is a 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at Guincho and Cascais.

the pool facility was very cold, the sauna was very cold and there was no member of staff to assist you if anyone drowned in the pool no member of staff was there to help or assist.The restaurant evening buffet was not value for money too expensive not much choice. There was a time for breakfast there was no fruit and it was not replaced so had to do without.

After unpacking, I realized the mini fridge was not working. Inform the front desk and they did not have a replacement. Also, the separate shower did not have a shower head. Took a pic to show front desk and again they did not have a shower head to install on it. Pitiful. You would think that a "Golf Resort" would have a manager that would speak to you about their inability to have complete rooms. Never heard from the manager. Even when checking out, one wasn't available. Will never stay there again.

The hotel was very well run. Plenty of helpful staff, most with good English. Breakfast offered a good choice. Spa facilities were very good, nice pool, sauna etc. Golf course was in ok condition and not crowded in the afternoons. All in all we had a very nice stay and would certainly go again.

Rooms in need of upgrading. Minibar fridges do not work. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. All in all not bad for the rate you pay but not a 4 star hotel.

I picked this hotel specifically because it listed of having an indoor pool. When we arrived we were notified that the pool has been closed since February for renovations. I looked at the pool. There were no workers there doing anything. And the pool water is empty. I believe that since it’s been closed for such a long time that there should be a mention in the hotel listing.
