Easy to check in, close to shopping and dining.

Rooms were okay, but if you’re willing to pay what I paid, get a different hotel. From spider webs in corner of room, to ac note working properly and the next morning them beating in the door o we and over ( check out is at 11. They started ponding in door at 8am! I had my support dog with me. The next day he was itching so bad and I had bite spot on my legs. Like red bumps

It was clean and quiet.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had to ding it, the baseboards and pocket door going to the bathroom could use a little paint because they were dingy and moldy looking. However, the sleeping area was clean and dusted and the bathroom counter was clean. I would stay again.

The desk clerk was the same all three days and was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. The room had a slightly unpleasant odor but was clean and a good value. The mattress was a little firm for my taste but a high quality. Great A/C! It was hot that weekend!

It’s typical lower level motel get what you pay for. Main complaints beds need updates and better linens and blankets. Pillows were decent. Prostitutes and sketchy people staying there. 1.4-2.0 star tops

Never did come in and change the towels. It wasn’t dirty or spotless. You would think after several days they would actually come in and change the sheets or something.

Excellent stay. We've stayed here before several times and they keep maintaining the quality of the facility and service. My wife lost her iPhone. We reported it to the front desk and left without it. We retraced our steps from the day before and came up empty handed. Before leaving town I called the missing phone and the front desk answered. "We were getting ready to call you. We obviously have found your phone, buried in the bed covers!" We are grateful for an honest operation at Richlands Inn Columbia, TN.

Quick easy check in.

The handicapped accessible room was great for the mobility impaired. The only real problem was the plumbing. There were issues with the water, but they were reaolved.

Great place for a short stay. Was clean. Walls and ceilings are thin! Worth the value.

Clean bed and linens but filty walls, woodwork, shower tile and old worn floor tiles. Hated to touch anything! Decent office, nice dining nook. Office clerks very pleasant.

The bed was comfortable, room looked fairly clean (There were stains on the walls and floor that made it hard to tell), no bugs. Overall it was a good stay and I’d stay again.

TV didn't work and the knob on the tub fell off when taking a shower. It say pet friendly but limited area where pet can pee outside.

The staff was amazing! Property and room were clean and quite. Very nice stay!

Feces stain on fabric covered chair, and toilet was filthy - needing to be personally cleaned by borrowing supplies from front desk.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sheets were White and had some stains on them. The only real complaint we had was we tried to take a shower and we couldn’t because there wasn’t no water pressure so we couldn’t take a shower all weekend we just had to get a wash rag and wash off.

For a small little one night stay, it did the trick! The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Great staff super clean

Quick one night stay for ball tournament. Charming hotel. Guy at check in excellent. Older. Needs updating. Bed not comfortable. But pillows were. No elevator. Steps. I was upstairs next to a handicap room. Odd place for handicap room.

Told at check-in (4:45pm) we were told doors lock were being changed out and we’d have to come to desk to get a new pass card, (never happened). What were we suppose to do; go out to dinner and leave belongings inside unsecured? Space just below headboard there was an area below our pillows with hair and debris. Dried pop or coffee drips on wall next to bed. No coffee cups or set-up packet to use coffee maker. Obsolete and broken dispensers at sink and shower, with exposed screws; air conditioner loud and difficult to adjust. We had unit that backs up to dining area (106) and were woken by the chair set up at 6 AM. Thin walls -no sleep. Man outside door at midnight on his phone woke us, could hear every word even over the noise of air conditioner! Breakfast was only til 9AM. (Checkout 11AM)At 8:45 there: no hot food left, no fruit bowl offered, apple juice was broken. I asked at the desk if there was any more eggs and she said “not until the truck arrives and it is late” So for $107, and a $60 hold on my charge card for 3 days: we had a horrible nights stay at the Richland Inn in Columbia Tenn. I told the desk clerk I would be leaving a poor review. She said I should have asked to be moved. Why would I think any other room would be in better shape if they are renting this one out? The furniture veneer is peeling off and the drywall tape busted through on the bathroom ceiling. Why are they even using this room? To utilize Hotels.com they need to be aware these issues.

Tub had alot of hair in it

Old building, not updated lately. Floor in the room was not carpeted, our socks got dirty walking on it. Breakfast was fair. Small tv. They did allow dogs, at only $10 each.
