Turned up and got the key, unlocked door and it was not the room booked. Went back to reception and she said it was already booked. No offer for a refund on the price difference. I asked why would it let me book if it was not avialable ? As I booked it over two weeks ago. I just got a blank look. Arranged another room and received a refund of the difference. Turns out they had contractors booked in for multiple nights so they gave them the larger apartment. Would have been nice to be told before getting the key and discovering it by opening the door. Nice after a 8 hour drive.

For the poor condition of the property which is mainly just tired,the uncomfortable bed and pillows and all above the price should have been around $75 per night. I felt safe, but it needs a lot of TLC. You can’t take peoples good money and give nothing in return

The staff here were very helpful and it was an easy location to stay at on our way down south. We also stayed there again on the way back. Getting a little old but had aircon and condiments, nice pool area not that we used it. Would probably stay there again if we go that way.

Upon arriving at 1.50pm we were told to come back at 2.00pm for check in which is something we had never experienced before in ANY motel. The toilet leaked to the point of having wet towels on the bathroom floor which was not very comfortable. The single bed was ridiculously soft, saggy and very uncomfortable to sleep on, while the queen bed was as hard as a rock. Finally, the WiFi was very limited and our ‘allowance’ was cut off about 3hours after our arrival. Overall the room was very tired and dated with very poor lighting. Not recommended and we’ll never stay there again.

This property is on the main highway and at night was very hard to find - they did not have the signage lit up. The receptionist was very vague and unhelpful which wasn't fun for a weary traveller

We were doing a long road trip and needed a double plus three single beds, which is hard to find. This little hotel had it and, for the price, we could not have asked for more. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, the shower was pretty good and we had enough space to move around.

Large area out side for exercising dogs but there were gaps in the fence. As the road is very busy it would be an excellent area for dogs if gaps in fence were fixed.
