The workers at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. The room was great and we would stay there again if we ever go back t LA.

The property is well located and close to universal studios and Dolby theatre annf has a nice buffet breakfast included, staff were really friendly - the only thing to plan is that laundry is only open between 8am and 8pm so need to plan if need to do washing

We had a great stay. Hotel is close to Hollywood Blvd and all the kitschy hollywood fun. They even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout while we checked out the sights...for free!

I was blindsided by the very expensive valet only parking. It was not clear in the email or the app. The description did not include a dollar sign $ and so technically the cost was disclosed, but in the shadiest way I have ever seen. The hotel was squeezed between some really gross businesses and the streets nearby were just gross. Yes it is the area I was in but for the cost I was expecting better. The breakfast was good and the people working the breakfast were pretty awesome.

The property was clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms! I love the security that you can’t use the elevator to get to the rooms unless you have a keycard to scan. There’s drinks/snacks for purchase in the lobby if you need waters/sodas/snacks for your room. Friendly, helpful staff. We got there early and couldn’t check in until 3pm so we left our luggage with the hotel and when we came back everything was safe and secure waiting for us. Breakfast was fresh and full of food. Not crowded. I enjoyed my stay but still want to give some slight cons. -If your room is facing the street there will be a lot of noise all times of night. Crazy traffic depending on if there’s an event at the Hollywood Bowl. - I came back from a full day of exploring and my room wasn’t cleaned. When I called the front desk they told me I had to REQUEST house keeping which I wasn’t aware of. - I sent a couple of emails before my stay that went unanswered. - The AC unit can get loud - My Fifth Third Bank card wouldn’t go through at this location. It kept declining when I attempted to do the $150 deposit or when I tried to buy a $3 water. I used my Cashapp card and it worked fine. But other than that I will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Rooms were clean, property staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was above and beyond any continental breakfast I've had. Marieta was super sweet and friendly with a great smile. I will be staying here for any future concerts I attend at the Bowl.

Location was great for concert at Hollywood Bowl. Parking at hotel more secure and even cheaper than other options so we checked in and walked everywhere.

I picked this hotel based on its location to the Hollywood Bowl, it was a 10-15 minute walk, very convenient. Hotel was nice, staff was friendly but we had one pretty major issue. Our room was directly under the breakfast buffet. Every morning at around 7:30am till around 10am, you could hear chairs sliding on the tile floor above, people talking and walking on the floor, kids jumping up and down. Not how we expected to be awaken on our vacation. I asked if we could get a different room and they apologized and said they were completely booked and could not. They did offer to comp my parking which was $45 a day, so that was a nice gesture. We bought earplugs hoping that would help but was still annoying the next 2 days that we stayed. It only seems to affect a few rooms that are on the 3rd floor in the middle of the building. So ask to avoid those rooms. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and great location, close the bowl and Hollywood Blvd. I would stay there again as long as I could be guaranteed not to get one of the rooms under the buffet.

They charge for valet parking and have no self parking. Area felt very unsafe and a lot of begging homeless people.

GREAT PLEACE TO STAY THE BED SUPER COMFY, WE ARRIVED ARRIVED 2AM AND SLEPT LIKE A BABY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN .

Very walkable for many things including food and the Hollywood Bowl. Remodeled rooms and staff were excellent!

The property itself is great and staff were too. Is conveniently located near to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Chinese theatre. However I would not recommend this hotel if you have a car. It costs $50 a day for a non optional valet and although they were polite, they scratched the car rental pretty bad right before we left and the hotel staff said the valet service is separate from the hotel so couldn’t do anything but put us in contact with the valet manager which he couldn’t do much either. So park elsewhere if you have a car as is overpriced and they don’t take care of your car anyway.

Fantastic location! Family suite was good size. A breakfast team and the gents at the parking lot were always very friendly! Happy with the stay as location and being able to accommodate my family (6) in one room was key!

The price for in and out valet is now $45 daily. Check in and out were efficient, and front desk staff congenial and helpful. Elevator A services up to the 5th floor and elevator B floor 4 (where the standard continental breakfast and pool are) and higher floors. Rm was clean, quiet and smoke free. BR had Dove soap,shampoo/conditioner. Request by 11am to have rm made up. No makeup mirror. Shower head is fixed and grab bar installed. There was a hair dryer, compact frig, iron and ironing board, work desk. Lighting is fine. Electric plug slot is slightly loose but functional. Samsung rm air conditioner was efficient. There is an ice machine but didn’t find a vending machine mentioned on the sign. Felt safe walking back with the crowd from a night performance at Hollywood Bowl and about 2 long blocks from Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Terrible road to try and get in and out of parking lot. Hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast was great and the ladies down there doing the breakfast were wonderful! Shout out to Marieta!
