One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in as someone who is used to more in the moderately priced hotels. Great value for USD. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed room. Was able to check in as soon as I walked from the bus station at about 13:30. Great location. Didn't check out the facilities but thought it was odd that there was no wall art in an "Arthotel".

Overnight stay. The front desk were fantastic. I had booked a double in error and got moved into a huge triple room which was very modern and clean.

The staff were lovely - so helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. But although the bathroom was clean it smelt of bad drainage. Perhaps the bidet or sink piping was dirty. My mattress on the bed was old and dipped in the middle and gave me back ache. But the mattress on my husband’s side was still good. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner that was included was spacious and the choice very good. Overall a really good hotel.

Great location in the centre. Rooms where big. The only disappointing aspect was the toiletries, they only provide a ‘gel and shampoo’ in one bottle which was one of the worst shampoos I’ve ever used. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected a separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When staying for one night you don’t want to bring such products with you. Hotels need to invest in a good quality shampoo for its guests. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner, the food was great especially the steak.

This hotel is perfectly located near the primary pintxos area and Parallel Metro station which has both the funicular and the two Metro lines that allow you to get to most of the tourist destinations. It is a small hotel with simple modern rooms. Don't go here if you are planning on living in the hotel, but if you are just using it as a base to see the city it is perfect.

Hotellet ligger utkanten av city, parkering finns bekvämt i parkeringshus i källaren. Stora fina rum med stor och skön dubbelsäng. Frukost kan köpas till. Spa finns men det var stängt denna vecka.

Transportation is convenient to the hotel and it’s walkable to restaurants and sightseeing. Hotel is well located and safe, it is slightly outside of the tourist areas. Hotel is clean , but it’s kind of old fashion.
