The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and sanitary. Hot breakfast everyday, each day was different but good. The customer service from every employee was great, they were all very nice.

Very clean, nice room, wonderful complimentary breakfast, and nice staff. Was not aware of exterior renovations, but that was okay. No pool furniture, but on order. Close to everything in Dothan and a safe place to stay.

The property had very friendly staff, but it was very hot where we slept and there was no hot water.

The lobby reeked of very strong cleaner in attempt to cover up the moldy smell of the hotel. It is under renovation, and the construction site is not clean or well kept. The halls were hot, humid, and the carpet was wet. They were using fans to dry the carpet. Inside the rooms, it was so humid that the sheets were damp and so was the carpet. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this property again.

The view of the building being worked on the outside is a little scary. When you walk in the front door and meet the people and see the inside the thought is were good.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was tasty, and they provided different options for breakfast. The dining room was clean. Definitely will be staying here again thank you.

Property has been in full remodel construction mode since January. Still Not finished. Limited parking due to equipment and contractor vehicles. Pool closed and filled with algae and debris. Napping is difficult but is possible between periods of drilling and hammering. Previous stays at different Hampton Inns have been pleasant but cooperate has dropped the ball. Last Hamton Inn for me !

Stayed here on two separate nights. Although the hotel room as nice, the television had no link to the internet so we could not access our Prime or Netflix accounts. Additionally, there is no mention on the hotels sight that the hotel in under renovation and there is trash everywhere outside with the pool currently filled with trash and unusable.

The Dothan Hampton Inn & Suites was everything you expect from Hampton Inn. The room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. The issue was we were unaware it was under a renovation. The parking lot had a lot of construction debris around, the building looked a little rough (due to the construction but still...) and the pool was green and had what looked like debris in it. The inside of the hotel was great once you got in. I don't hold it against the hotel for the reno, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Again, the staff was super friendly and the rooms were very nice so the important stuff was covered.

Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, fruit, toast and danishes. Coffee, milk & juice. Great place to stay.

Although reconstruction on exterior of the hotel and the 1st floor rooms was in progress, the hotel did a good job of keeping common areas and other floor rooms clean and quiet. Only minor inconveniences such as the parking lot congestion and swimming pool closure were experienced. Our 2nd floor room was modern, clean, comfortable with nice bed. Service was friendly and breakfast was good. Location is convenient to lots of shopping, eating establishments and the airport.

This hotel is normally our favorite place to stay when we visit Dothan. On a normal visit the staff is happy and friendly and the hotel is super clean. This visit was the opposite of anything we have ever experienced. We normally visit Dothan 4 to 5 times a year and always stay there, this time we were without water for three of the five days we stayed, and the staff seemed oblivious nobody apologize nobody cared

This property is undergoing renovation. We only stayed one night so I can't speak to noise during the day. But there wasn't anything at all going on during our time there. We stayed on the third floor which has been fully renovated and is super clean and nice. The one elevator is extremely slow but that isn't a reason not to stay there. We took the stairs most of the time anyway as that is our usual practice when staying at hotels.

The room was very clean. Excellent sleeping accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and slept well. Pricey but well worth it if you prefer excellent accommodations. Also the room had a microwave and small fridge. It was a great stay. We would definitely book again.

We checked in on October 13,2023 and went to dinner. We came back after dinner to find the hotel in total darkness. There had been a power failure. the manager advised us that the power had been out for an hour and it might be out for another 3-4 hours and if we wanted to book another hotel he understood and to leave our name we we would get a refund. We booked another hotel. After two weeks I am now told that there would be NO refund. As an aside there were numerous safety lights in the halls and stairwells that did not work. Not a very safe hotel.

Very nice room. The comforter on the bed was very heavy and hot. Might be good for winter but not for August! Breakfast was very good also.

The agent was arrogant arguing about price. Told to contact Expedia… Then bottom side of duvet was ripped badly & he explained “they’re all like that as new ones can’t be found or are too expensive!” He did however give us a different room and the duvet cover was not torn!

The only thing I found wrong was the duvet had a major rip on the lining which should have been caught when changing the sheets...if the sheets were changed?

Only problem the quilt on the bed is too hot, you have to have your room very cold in order to use the covers. Hard to sleep with only a sheet because the other option is the heavy quilt and a cold room.
