I was travelling by myself, a woman and my early 50s. I became very sick in the morning after I stayed. I was unable to get myself to my vehicle and had to call the front desk to tell them I would be calling for an ambulance. The girl at the desk who was a manager Said if you want, I will come and sit with you until They come to pick you up. I asked her to do that, and I cannot even begin to tell you how safe I felt that someone thought enough of me to treat me like their own family. She gathered my things and had me ready to go when the ambulance arrived, I was vomiting profusely, and was unable to think clearly. she did the thinking for me and as the ambulance arrived, I felt very safe and well taken care of. I have never been sick on a trip before and had never thought about not being able to help myself. I am glad that I was at the Americas Best and I was blessed to have her take care of me while the ambulance came. It made my family back at home. Very reassured. I would be OK. They took care of my things while I was gone and I will never be able to thank them Enough. I think the girls name was Stacey, but she was definitely a manager. Thank you, Stacy for taking care of me when I couldn’t. God bless you.

It was exactly what we needed after a long day.

Clean and simple. We have stayed here before and it is always clean. The staff are nice. The breakfast in the mornings is simple, but overall the hotel was perfect.

Room needed upgrades badly. The bathroom had been cheaply remodelled but was clean. However, the water was yellow and smelly - probably from rusty pipes and they charged way too much for what you got. Bedsheets seemed clean enough but bedspread was really old. Same with the carpet.

Great hotel, friendly staff and pet friendly. Easily accessible and access to amenities. However, the people on the second floor above my room were noisy up late (chair noise, heavy foot steps because there is no carpet).

The rooms were clean and halls and rooms had no carpets which I prefer. Continental breakfast was adequate. Easy on and off the interstate.

The property had everything working (electrical outlets, air conditioning, appliances, etc.). The beds were comfortable and clean. The building’s outside and inside might not be appealing for some people, but I was able to get a good night sleep. The breakfast, however, can be improved. The waffles were cold and premade, and there wasn’t anything available to drink except for milk (the drink machine for orange juice and apple juice was out of service). Overall, it was an OK experience.

The hotel location was perfect for easy on/off. The room was clean. The staff was great, both evening and morning. The driveway entry needs to be smoothed out or a sign should be placed before the bump, entering and leaving.

The room was fine. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. Normally I can tolerate a rather hard mattress, but it was too much for me, and my wife didn't care for it at all. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Room was clean and comfortable, but not the best I’ve stayed in. It met our needs while in Sault St. Marie.

This property was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable, tons of channels available, and breakfast was decent. Overall great value!

We brought our grandkids to the UP for an adventure. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip. Great location.

Everything was good

Desk clerks were very nice at check in and check out. Average hotel and we knew ahead of time. Shower head was broken and reported it to front desk upon check out. Continental breakfast was average……ran out of bananas and the juice machine was out of order.

It had great clean smelling linens right when u walked in!

Quick in and out overnight for us but there was NOTHING special or memorable about this hotel at all… although it did allow dogs which we really appreciated. Rooms were “updated” and there was a nice dog walking spot out back but it just felt run down.

This motel is very old and run down. Staff at breakfast and checkout were very unfriendly.

The America's Best Value Inn was all I expected it to be.

There was no soda in the soda machine and when i asked the front desk they provided me a soda from their personal refrigerator. All the staff we interacted with was so kind!

Only stayed because of limited availability in area. Will not pick this hotel brand again

Dirty but the bed was clean

For a weekend stay they charged us a total of 1600 dollars and kept messing things up. A week later and my money still hasn’t cleared into my account. Watch your account to make sure you’re being charged accordingly.
