Friendly, clean, and safe. Good breakfast. Not walkable but east to drive to nearby towns.

Stayed here visiting UMass Amherst. Nice hotel with great parking, breakfast and amenities. The staff was nice and enjoyed the exercise room with a Peloton.

Room good size and clean. Plenty of ac for those who like to sleep cool. Above average breakfast with numerous options. Reasonable shower pressure. Firm bed. Easy parking. 10-15 minutes to numerous dining options.

The staff were all amazing, very helpful and kind. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces for our truck and trailer. The room however was showing its age. It was musty, which was helped by a room freshener we bought. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling in multiple spots (room 320) the bathroom door itself in the inside is pulling apart and curling on the bottom right. Breakfast was good, nice choices and the 2 differrnt flavors of pancake better wereva hit. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but saw lots of others using them. We'd stay again as it is close to where we needed to be.

Friendly, helpful front desk. Kids loved the pool. Above average breakfast. Very satisfied.

Stay was fine hotels a little dated could use some updating but otherwise clean and fairly comfortable beds buffet breakfast was decent

It was what we’d expect for a Hampton Inn- clean, good selection of breakfast items, good staff. Rooms show some wear but nothing major. Note that there isn’t much that is walkable from the hotel in terms of restaurants or shopping.

We stayed two nights during a lacrosse tournament. Our queen bed accommodations were adequate. The indoor pool was small but worked well for a quick cool off after games. The facilities are pretty beaten up. Our bathroom was in need renovation and our shower poured water after it was shut off. Maintenance said that they needed to order a part so it didn't get fixed. The breakfast is very good and the area to eat is well taken care of with plenty of seating. The coffee was good and close to the door for a quick to-go cup. There are multiple electric vehicle chargers and they don't have small sundries/toiletries in the rooms. They have full bottles, which we prefer. Strangely their elevator is the slowest I have experienced. The up side is that their stairs to the upper floors are wide, sunlit and carpeted so if you aren't carrying something heavy or your rowdy kids are annoying in the elevator, there is a perfect solution.

The staff including the cleaning staff were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. When I called after we departed because I thought I might have left something behind they checked immediately and made a note to call me if it turned up which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. The walls, ceilings and floors are thin and every foot step above us sounded like a baby elephant; when using the bathroom you can hear people talking in the hall and the plumbing from the apartment above.

Everything was what I would have expected for a Hampton Inn. Very nice stay. One "minor" issue was the lack of an in-room safe. This should be standard and an important feature for me to store my laptop and other valuables. I will probably stay somewhere else next time unfortunately due to this.

They did not have enough food during breakfast. You had a free breakfast with empty trays. DisAppointing.

This hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our room was comfy.

Property was a little dated.

Room was placed above the electric sliding doors entering the lobby. I had to listen to them all night and all morning opening and closing. Dogs are allowed in the hotel, so I had them barking at 3:00am and 6:00am. I could have slept better in my car.

Very clean and woman who was at the front desk and check us in was great!

Overall good: Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean. I could hear people stomping loudly upstairs. My biggest issue was the heating/cooling system. If I set it anywhere under 74, theAC kicked on. We’re talking early spring in New England, freezing temps, 30’s, and our AC would kick on! So the choice was overheat and get my IBS going, or freeze and be in pain from my poor circulation. So we ended up turning off the heating/cooling system while we slept and covering with every blanket we could find. This was a huge issue for me, and unfortunately I’ve seen this in a few hotels lately. They don’t want you 100% controlling your heat/AC so they do this automatic system that doesn’t work AT ALL!

Lots of amenities on the ground level.

Staff were very helpful and personable. Room was clean and smelled nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with pump products (body wash, shampoo, etc) instead of tiny wasteful plastic bottles WELL DONE!

Staff is great. Bed and pillows are comfy. Has all you need and breakfast in the morning!

It was my first time staying at this hotel and it’s definitely won’t be my last. I was quite impressed with the ease of check in and the friendliness of the staff.

Great place to stay, only thing was the cabinet door was broken that had the mini fridge, the hinge came off.

The staff was amazing, everyone went above and beyond to assist and it was a great stay. We will be back again
