First of all Northampton is a fun city to explore and has some beautiful biking paths. It was a nice place to stop on the way towards our final destination. This hotel was in a great location easily able to walk to town and explore. The hotel was nice and clean with a full breakfast. The staff, as well, were helpful and sweet. I had paid for the hotel through booking.com but their system did not fully register this and they patiently worked with me to figure out the issue. I also liked the fitness center - a bit bigger than most hotel gyms and I always appreciate when they have dumbbells - not a given with many hotels). And again, very clean which is always the most important part of a hotel for me. We also had a gorgeous view of some mountains from our window and we watched the sun set.

My only complaint is that the room was a bit small for the price. I felt a bit cramped. For one night it was ok but multiple nights could get annoying.

The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Mini fridge in room.

They don’t offer WiFi, except for premium members. There wasn’t much cell service, so WiFi would have been nice. Also, the hangers they provide can’t actually be hung up anywhere outside the closet (included the dress/suit pole) because of the anti-theft design. Made it impossible to steam suits / dress.
