The area was quiet.

Non-smoking room smelled horribly of cigarettes.

The pictures posted online were different than the room we received. The room was clean and the staff were nice. The furniture and property seemed outdated but the rooms were clean. I felt safe and rested well.

Bed too hard

Mainly service or the lack of. Very noisy people in the room over me. Lots of swearing, angry words threats knocking over stuff. Called the front desk he confirmed the noise the police came. They deemed them not fighting or disruptive. Police left about an hour later another outbreak woke me up called the front desk nothing he could do. No offer for another room. Facility had plenty of vacancies. Best option the very loud window fan unit effectively drowned out the yelling and screaming from upstairs.

The staff was pleasant. Reasonably quiet. Room was not 100% clean. Older. Nice, but perhaps over-priced.

My room was very clean.

It's difficult to know what this motel is trying to be. Unkindly, it's Ralph and Alice Kramden's apartment with a modern refrigerator and new paint job. The room appeared to be recently refurbished--everything was new and in good condition--and it was very clean. Practically, there's a real kitchen, but supplied with only 4 plastic throwaway glasses. There's nowhere to hang clothes. Rather than drawers, there are 4 cubbies. In addition to the bedroom and kitchen, there's a large room with a very small table and 2 plastic chairs. There was not an iron and ironing board on the premises that one could borrow. So, is one supposed to stay for several days or camp out for just one night? The outside of the building we were in was a mess--rotting and missing wood, worn areas for walking and stairs, missing paint, and dirty areas for walking and stairs. There's evidence that the motel is undergoing renovation, but there's no information or signage on that. The parking lot badly needs repaving. The motel's website is under construction. We booked through hotels.com. The photos have little to do with the reality of our experience--no bedroom chair, no desk, no dresser, no homey-ness as shown in the photos.

The only reason I gave the property conditions a 3 was it's current condition. However, the new owners are in the process of restoring and updating the facilities. Since it's the busy tourist season, they can only do a room at a time. Outside renovations have begun too. All the people from owners to staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I suspect the motel might not be keep budget rates after the upgrades, but I would certainly consider staying there again.

Was fine for the price. On a very busy road, lots of loud road noise all the time. Kept the fan on all the time and still couldn’t drown it all out

Toilet was not anchored to the floor. The shower head was broken and fell into the tub making the shower useless. The room itself was clean and spacious.

Pros: Quiet Area, clean rooms, friendly front desk staff. Cons: No trash bags in rooms, no ice machine

It was ok...bed is a little uncomfy its a cart and flat pillows

The ehe heater was not working therefore the room was very cold and so was the floor because there was no carpet. Plus there wasn't any ironboard in the room.

It was a last minute online decision on a road trip that we needed a room last minute. Booked and arrived to an old run down motel with a locked buzzed in lobby. Room was surprisingly cleaner than I thought it would be. Very large.separate bathroom with closet room with sink, microwave and fridge. Also clean.minimal furniture but all necessities present. I have allergies and requested non smoking but room smelled like someone sprayed an entire can of febreeze. Had to open windows to air it out. Motel must be the local party place for Saturday nights for all types of business. My entire room ended up smelling like weed and people up talking and laughing inside and out. Knocking on doors for business well into the night. Definitely not a place for travelers who need rest. Overpriced for such a motel that offers nothing.

Very run down - police called for fight in one of the rooms while I was checking in - wife could not wash/rinse her hair due to low water pressure in shower
